Perfect stay at beautiful Montpellier

The apartment was beautiful and great for our family of 5. Montpellier is a beautiful town and the beach in La Grande Motte is perfect for a family vacation. Nancy and her husband were very kind in helping with the check in and check out process.

Manque de propreté du logement

Points positifs : emplacement du logement, assez bien équipé, grande terrasse.Points négatifs : accueil rapide de la propriétaire lors de l’arrivée. Manque flagrant de propreté : sanitaires (wc et salle de bain) avec des poils, cheveux, lavabo avec du sable et robinet sale.Poussière, notamment commode de chambre enfant, menons sous le lit.Poubelle non vidée (qui doit toujours être dans le même état). Nous avons nettoyé les interrupteurs à volets roulants.Est-il utile de parler des chaises de la terrasse ?En sachant que le ménage est facturé 100 euros, cela est inadmissible.

Les remarques concernant votre séjour dans notre appartement ne sont pas fondées. J’ai bien insisté lors de votre entrée dans l’appartement sur le fait que si vous remarquiez quoi que ce soit, il fallait nous contacter, ce que vous n’avez pas fait. Le ménage avait été fait et controlé. Sur 32 avis de voyageurs, c’est bien la première fois que nous avons ce genre de commentaire!
