About this property
semi-detached two foor flat. Frontline on the beach in Estepona, Bahia Dorada.
The flat is spacious, has big windows and lots of natural light and is situated right in front of the beach.From the sliding french windows in the living room you access the terrace and a stretch of lawn and in 10 metres, walk directly onto the beach. The views are of the sea and the beach. There are community gardens all around with their paths, flowers, shrubs,trees, including palms, and also swimming pools and tennis courts. It is very peaceful with no traffic or noise of traffic. The flat is ideal for a couple or family with two children. It is sufficiently close to Estepona or San luis de Sabinillas if you wish to visit commercial areas, banks, other beaches and so on. There are wonderful excursions in the mountains behind. You can visit the beautiful 'pueblos blancos' including Casares, Gaucin and many others. Gibralter, Tarifa and the Atlantic beaches beyond, are within an easy day-excursion's reach. There are several excellent golf courses to choose from within 5 to 15 minute´s drive from the flat; one is just across the road in front.
The house is open-plan style. The large bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the bedroom being open to the living room below. The bathroom has a bath and shower and the washing machine is located there. There is ample space for keeping your clothes and belongings in the built-in wardrobes in the bedroom. From the bedroom upstairs you go straight out through the sliding doors to a large wooden deck and balcony. It has a splendid view of the beach and the sea and is a great place to have breakfast and meals in general. The living room downsatirs also functions as a dining room. It is large and quite long. At the far end of the livingroom there is a sofa bed which is double and large enough for two small children to sleep on. There is also a foldout single bed available which can easily be set up there.
The kitchen is also downstairs and opens onto the living room. The sliding french doors of the living room open directly onto the patio oriented towards the beach. From ther you go across a brief stretch of grass to the sand of the beach.
The house shares a very small portion of the kitchen wall with the wall of the neighbouring flat. The walls are thick and well isolated and there is never any noise from the neighbours however. The neighbours are in general foreigners, many of them older and very quiet, pleasant people. This house and its situation is absolutely ideal for children.

This house captivated us the first time we saw it. Its location right in front of the beach, without streets in front, just a few meters of grass between us and the beach was and is unbeatable. In this house we have always slept accompanied by the beautiful noise of the waves breaking on the beach. Apart from this 'whisper' the silence is total. Also, in winter, the sun rises from the sea just in front and the whole interior of the house is bathed in light. The cold is unknown in this area, but it is so nice to light the fireplace at night in winter and chat or read in front of the flames. We live in Barcelona but we escape whenever we can to Bahia Dorada. Even for a long weekend of just 4 days it's worth it.
One of the greatest pleasures in summer is to get up and before breakfast, leave directly from the house to the beach and dive into the water. If the wind is from the west especially, the water is crystal clear, almost impossible to clear, very fresh and full of small fish. You return to the terrace of the house and with the hose you shower outdoors.
The beach deserves a separate mention. It is long, but access a bit complicated for the public that comes by car from the main road. Result: - there are almost no people on the beach. It's like it's a private beach. In fact, with discretion, you can bathe naked if you feel like it, nobody is going to bother you.

We like Andalucia and its people very much. The Andalusians are open, friendly as anyone, and very cheerful. They make you feel really comfortable. The landscape is privileged. It has everything; forests, rivers, beaches, rugged peaks, trails, white villages full of history and charm. All this is near our house. When we think about it, everything we like in life is there, and in this we include food. The fresh fish that arrives every day from the fishing fleet of the port of Estepona is delicious and cheap.
What makes this property unique
The great advantage of this house is with all security its situation in front of the beach and the sea. There are not many places in the whole Costa del Sol with such a privileged location. The absence of noise, roads and traffic makes it very special. For children it is an unbeatable place. They can be playing in the gardens or on the beach without parents having to worry about them all the time. In fact, from home you can see them on the beach easily.
