You will find everything to spend an excellent stay and relax by the pool (which is exclusively reserved for you).
Garden in terraces with olive trees, cherry trees ... Table tennis table, petanque field.
Private pool about 7x4, depth of 1.2 to 2 m with sun loungers, a wooden terrace, another at the end of the pool with a small pergola and sea view, a covered terrace with barbecue.
The accesses, stairs and terraces, are not suitable for young children or under supervision
Our two autonomous cats remain in the property and will come to visit you.
Located 550 m above sea level, we enjoy a pleasant climate, a little cooler than by the sea.
The house is a little less than 1 km from the beautiful Provencal village of Cabris where you will have a superb panorama of Nice at Estérel. You will find two bakeries, restaurants, a press, a small grocery store, the charm of its place to have coffee in the shade, a peaceful and relaxing pace.
A few minutes from Grasse, you will have the opportunity to discover perfumeries, museums or the riches of the hinterland (hiking, rivers, gorges of Loup, Verdon ...) as well as the seaside (Cannes, Antibes, St Raphael, Nice., Monaco ..) according to your desires.
