About this property

Nice villa up to 8 people, 180 m2 on 2 levels: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor including 1 with its bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom / WC. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful living spaces.
You will find everything to spend an excellent stay and relax by the pool (which is exclusively reserved for you).
Garden in terraces with olive trees, cherry trees ... Table tennis table, petanque field.
Private pool about 7x4, depth of 1.2 to 2 m with sun loungers, a wooden terrace, another at the end of the pool with a small pergola and sea view, a covered terrace with barbecue.
The accesses, stairs and terraces, are not suitable for young children or under supervision
Our two autonomous cats remain in the property and will come to visit you.
Located 550 m above sea level, we enjoy a pleasant climate, a little cooler than by the sea.
The house is a little less than 1 km from the beautiful Provencal village of Cabris where you will have a superb panorama of Nice at Estérel. You will find two bakeries, restaurants, a press, a small grocery store, the charm of its place to have coffee in the shade, a peaceful and relaxing pace.
A few minutes from Grasse, you will have the opportunity to discover perfumeries, museums or the riches of the hinterland (hiking, rivers, gorges of Loup, Verdon ...) as well as the seaside (Cannes, Antibes, St Raphael, Nice., Monaco ..) according to your desires.

Maison tres agréable avec une très belle vue sur la mer

Une maison très agreable avec des propriétaires très sympa, très accueillant. Une maison très calme dans un petit village très joli avec toute les commodités. Une maison très fonctionnelle pour deux familles. A recommander, nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Maison très confortable dans un bel environnement

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables en famille avec nos quatre enfants. Cette maison est facile à vivre et pleine de possibilités. La terrasse est spacieuse, la piscine très agréable dans un très beau décor, le barbecue en pierre à l'ombre est un vrai plus. A l'intérieur, l'équipement est complet et les pièces de vie sont spacieuses. A proximité, Cabris (à 1km), Grasse, le golf de Claux-Amic... Cannes à 40-45 min, Nice à une heure environ.

Wonderful stay, wonderful place

Our stay in Isabelle and Ericks house was a great success. The house lived op to alle the promises, and was even better than expected. All the privacy we wanted, a very nice swimming pool, and Grasse with all the shops and supermarkets just 10 minutes away. A place we can definitely recommend.

Belles vacances

Nous avons passé un mois très agréable dans cette jolie maison bien équipée, pleine de charme et entourée d'arbres et de fleurs, avec un très belle vue. L'accueil était chaleureux, la maison nickel, les lits faits et le linge de toilette à disposition. L'endroit est spacieux, lumineux, nous y étions très à l'aise à 7 et c'est très bien isolé (les uns peuvent dormir tandis que les autres bavardent ou regardent un film). On trouve une multitude de livres, de guides sur la région, de DVD... Tout est à disposition, dans un climat de confiance. La seule réserve concerne la terrasse et la piscine dont un côté, sans garde-fou, descend à pic sur l'escalier d'accès à la maison; ceci nous a demandé un peu d'invention pour aménager une espèce de barrière avec des chaises longues car nous avions un bébé de 10 mois et une fillette de 3 ans et demi. Mais ceci n'a en rien gâché notre séjour ! Au bout de quatre semaines, nous n'avions aucune envie de quitter ce havre de tranquillité (pas de bruit, voisins invisibles et/ou discrets) et de détente (hamacs, transats, parasols, piscine à 28° en juillet). Le village est charmant, les commerçants aussi, nous avons diné au mini-grill (délicieuses moules !) et à la chèvre d'or (correct). Les villages environnants sont pittoresques (en particulier St Césaire - visite des grottes à faire absolument), la proximité de Grasse et de ses zones commerçantes est bien pratique. Je recommanderais cette location sans hésiter, avec le tout petit bémol concernant les restanques un peu accidentées pour les petits enfants. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires.

Beautiful Villa

Thank-you for letting us stay in your wonderful villa. Very convenient setting on the edge of Cabris and an easy 10 minute walk into the village. Great views of the Med from the house which was clean and spacious with 4 double rooms and some extra single beds dotted around. Property was clean and had all essentials needed for a great week. The pool was perfect for cooling off on those hot days and we spent most of the week either on the decking next to it or in it! Cabris has some great restaurants and we joined the friendly tennis club for the week which has some excellent views over the valley. Owner Isabelle provided a prompt service and I would definitely recommend this place to friends. Of note the stairs up to the villa run next to the pool and there is a bit of a drop so you might need to be vigilant with kids!
