Ipanema Beach FOR DIGITAL NOMADS - Deluxe 2 BR Apt. 120 Mbps Internet speed!

Rate includes Full housekeeping services at no extra cost every 30 days. Only a 2 block walk to the Ipanema beachfront at Posto 10, our deluxe, 2 bedroom (60 m² = 635 SF) has been fully renovated. Our second floor apartment overlooks a courtyard, is light filled, breezy and has NO STREET NOISE! Secure building with 24 hr doormen. One block to the Metro. A supermarket is across the street. High speed WiFi internet up to 120 megabytes per second! Porcelain tile and no fabric furniture.

For monthly or longer stays, all utilities are included except electricity which is charged separately at average cost of $250-$350 Brazilian Reais per month. The free monthly housekeeping services includes an entire apartment cleaning and sheets/towels washing.

Maximum of 2 guests staying in the apartment. Events, smoking, loud music, random visitors, escort services and parties are not permitted! See house rules for more information.

My experience was great. The accommodations were perfect. The location was perfect. Chad, Sarah, and Maria were very congenial. Chad was very responsive and timely replied to any text I sent him. I would highly recommend your place. I would greatly enjoy coming back to your establishment. I do have two minor constructive criticisms, and would appreciate a forum that would be kept confidential as to not hurt you all marketing. Apartment location

Very good location, supermarket just opposite the road, after while we realised it was very good deal for the money. Just bring your own hairdryer :-) When check in, it would be helpful to have all the inforamtion and mobile numbers, checkout details wrote on paper. We only communicated through mobile app translator, but at the end everything was perfectly agreed and explained.

todo perfecto, excepto la falta de utensilios necesarios para cocinar, no habia sartenes, ni placas para horno, ni churrasquera, etc, etc. El resto todo bien. Excepcional la secadora de ropa! Excelente ubicación.

We recently renovated the apartment to a high standard. Super clean, secure building with 24 hr doorman, very quiet apartment w/o street noise . Fastest Internet speed . Great sea breeze with front/back windows opened.

What makes this property unique

The location for a 2 BR apt is the best in Ipanema. The apartment is large and has all the comforts of home. It's close to some of the best restaurants and shopping/dining center of Brazil.
