Studio located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, with elevator, free parking at the foot of the residence and laundry (washing machines and dryer) on the ground floor. Nice studio with floating floors, BZ 160, bed 90 in the alcove. Very bright, T. V, free wifi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, mini oven, microwave oven.
Near the city center and terms (10 minutes walk), shuttle to access the terms on the parking lot of the building.

Le studio est petit , mais fonctionnel ,le soleil est présent le matin jusqu'à 10h env ,idéal pour ceux qui m'aime pas trop de chaleur en été ; 1/4 d'heure de stress à notre arrivée la propriétaire n'avait pas chargé son téléphone et je n'avais pas l'adresse complète ,Tout c'est bien terminé!!

Monsieur Lorsque vous etes rentrés dans le studio , il venait juste d'etre entièrement repeint , le carrelage de la crédence changé , le frigo , le micro-onde , le mini-four , le grille -pain , neuf , la housse du BZ neuve et vous avez été le premier à l'étreiner !! Tous ces travaux ont été faits non parce que c'était sale mais parce que je tiens à ce que mes locataires soient contents et reviennent!! Alors imaginez ma stupéfaction !! Remarquez , j'aurais du m'en douter car lorsque vous etes arrivés vous avez inspecté le studio dans tous ses recoins , photographié les compteurs d'eau et d'élect et vous avez fini par trouver une pauvre ampoule grillée qui a été changée. Trois jours plus tard vous me téléphoniez pour me dire que l' apart était sale et lorsque mon mari est venu au bout de 3 semaines chercher les clés tout allait bien!! Je pense que vous avez beaucoup de temps à perdre mais sachez que vous me faites beaucoup de tort gratuitement . J'espere que les gens intéressés sauront faire la part des choses au vue des photos qui ne trichent pas ,de plus vous faites un commentaire trois mois après votre séjour ??
