House dedicated to family stays.

We do not access groups of friends to organize parties or events to promote respect for the environment and property.

Our villa is very comfortable with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the bay of Cavalaire.
The heated pool is protected with a barrier, a secure gate and an alarm.
A big trampoline is the joy of everyone.
A sandbox allows young children the occupant's pendant of the adult representative.
The garden is planted with palm trees, olive and orange trees .... A pleasure for the eyes.
There are very beautiful sandy beaches nearby. the shops are close and accessible on foot.
St Tropez is 15 km away.

We have rented this prope...

We have rented this property for 2 years now and have enjoyed our time in Villa Silky. The owner is most helpful and there is a local agent in La Croix-Valmer to consult if you have any problems (we didn't). Our safety deposit has been returned both times without problems. The inside of the property, is as described on the Homelidays website. There is a large cool living room with sofas and chairs: (the TV and music centre were rather old so if this matters to you perhaps you should take DVDs etc) There is well stocked kitchen with a small table. The oven is modern and there is functional hob and dishwasher The washing machine is also modern and easy to use. You can walk to La Croix-Valmer in a few minutes if you wish for croissants and most necessities and the Geant Casino supermarket is about 5 kilometres away. The bedrooms are pretty basic but again, clean and quite adequate for a holiday rental and there are plenty of bathrooms. You will need to take or rent bathroom and pool towels as well as bedding so do ask about this. We actually lived on the lovely, large terrace in front of the house most of the time. It is quiet with a shaded area and looks out over a pretty garden with flowering Oleander hedges, mature trees and a small enclosed pool.. There are terrific views across the bay of Cavalaire; perfect at breakfast time and for sitting in the evening with a glass of wine. There is a Bar-B-Q but it is rather old and temperamental and requires patience (and a bit of luck) to use. We have already booked again for 2014...... Roger and Val Bate - from UK

Una bella casa, ben accessoriata e tenuta. Una persona ti accoglie e ti da tutte le indicazioni necessarie, Una fortuna non avere il self check in. posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla ma al contempo prossima a tutti i servizi. Vista molto bella.Spero di poterci tornare.

Un magnifique long week-end, une maison idéale en famille ! Tant la propriétaire que la gardienne ont été agréables , accommodantes et j’en passe. La piscine , le ping pong , le grand jardin , la pétanque ont été un vrai plus ! Une belle terrasse qui surplombe la piscine (très bien sécurisée) et on voit les enfants y jouer pendant l’apéro juste ce qu’il faut pour que tout le monde profite. La place du marché a 2 min à pied (ainsi que tabac,Spar etc…) , la plage accessible en voiture en un rien de temps. Le barbecue étant interdit peut-être un barbecue à gaz si c’est autorisé et ça sera parfait (on est des grands adeptes du barbecue) mais la plancha a su faire le travail. De plus , des livres , des jeux piscine , des jeux d’extérieur et d’intérieur, ma fille de 3 ans comme mon fils de 10 ans étaient ravis ! Merci à Catherine et Christine (qui nous a sauvé au moment du départ avec un problème de batterie) ! On garde ce lieu dans notre liste en espérant revenir !!!!

A house with a soul on a beautiful place

Het was heerlijk verblijven in het ruime huis dicht bij het dorp en de zee. We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht. Het huis heeft alles in zich om een gezellige famillievakantie te vieren. Ook complimenten voor de aardige beheerster. Wij komen graag terug.

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour! Beau jardin,bac a sable, ping pong et terrain de petanque Piscine cloturée et visible de la terrasse, ce qui est bien pratique pour surveiller les grands enfants. Belle vue mer de la terrasse Située a quelques minutes a pied des commerces et du marché Maison avec beaucoup de cachet, plusieurs « ailes » qui permettent d’avoir de l’intimité entre amis ou en famille. Decoration sommaire mais très bien pour les vacances avec des enfants! Ambiance maison de famille Concierge sur place très disponible et arrangeant! Nous essayerons de revenir !

Endroit fort agréable avec des enfants en bas âge, très bien situé, à proximité de tous les services

Un endroit très grand, beaucoup d'espace, adapté pour des enfants en bas âge, près de tous les services: épicerie, boucherie boulangerie, poissonnerie, pharmacie, marché public le dimanche. La plage du débarquement est à 2,5 km à pied, une belle randonnée à faire avec les enfants.

Der große Garten mit Trampolin und der eingezäunte Pool sind klasse für Familien mit Kindern. Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage und hat eine schön große Terrasse auf der alle gemeinsam essen und zusammensitzen können. Hat für unsere Truppe perfekt gepasst.

Très agréable séjour !

Nous avons passé un long week-end dans cette charmante maison familiale, spacieuse et chaleureuse. Grande terrasse, jardin et vue absolument magnifiques. Le trampoline est un vrai plus pour les familles avec enfants. Seuls petits bémols à signaler : la piscine non chauffée à notre arrivée et l’intervention des jardiniers en notre présence, un peu dommage pour un court séjour. Mais à part ça, rien à redire sur la propreté et les propriétaires sont très facilement joignables.

Idyllique

De l’accueil au départ tout à été juste parfait. Je recommande vivement cette maison de famille et de vacances qui a beaucoup de charme et énormément d’avantages. Idéalement située au cœur du quartier résidentiel historique de La Croix Valmer. La maison bénéficie d’une très belle vue sur la baie de cavalaire au delà des pins et des vignes. L’environnement est très calme et toutes les commodités commerces et restaurants sont à 5 mn à pied. La propriété est très grande avec un très beau salon au rdv et de nombreuses chambres et salles de bains. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien comme chez des amis. La Terrasse et le grand jardin avec piscine chauffée sont aussi deux atouts majeurs de cette belle maison ancienne. Merci aux propriétaires de nous faire profiter de leur merveilleuse maison de famille.

Ein großes, schönes Haus mit großem Garten und tollem Blick in die schöne Umgebung und aufs Meers.

Ein tolles Haus, sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ebenfalls groß, der Pool und die Boule-Platz sein sehr einladend. Der Ausblick in die Landschaft und aufs Meer ist toll, die Lage ruhig trotz der Nähe zum Ortskern. Zum Meer sind es etwa 3 km, die man sehr bequem mit dem Gratis-Shuttlebus überbrücken kann. Küche und Terrasse bilden eine Einheit. Zwei kleine Mankos: der Garten war in der ersten Woche noch recht ungepflegt, der Gärtner kam erst in unserer zweiten Woche und die Herd war alt und aufgrund abgebrochener Schalter schwer zu bedienen. Ansonsten is das Haus wirklich zu empfehlen

Quelques Bémols

La maison était très agréable et très bien entretenue. Nous avons séjourné durant une période de canicule et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le sous-sol qui est nettement plus frais que les chambres à l'étage. Les lits 1 place de l'étage supérieur ne sont pas en 90 et donc adaptés uniquement à des enfants à vue d’œil plutôt 70 cm). L'entretien de la piscine par une personne extérieure est à regretter car les algues sur les parois ont été dispersées dans le bassin au lieu d'être aspirées : résultat une eau verte pendant 1 ou 2 jours avant que les algues ne se redéposent sur les parois...

Excellent property for familt

We spent a fantastic week in this property, it is very well configured with 2 distinct bedroom areas on the first floor which meant that each of our children's families could have their own space each with separate bathroom and toilet. In addition we used the basement bedroom which is quite separate from the rest of the house with its own bathroom and toilet. The house is well suited and safe for young children and we were given a barrier for the steps from the terrace to the garden to stop our young grandchildren falling down. The swimming pool was a superb asset, it is heated and is also surrounded by a gate with a childlock which meant that children could not enter without an adult. There is also a large trampoline. There is a large garden laid out to lawn and the house is next to other properties owned by relatives of the owners. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed as well as plastic plates and cups for young children. We really enjoyed eating all our meals on the large terrace which is on the same level as the main ground floor rooms and which has a sea view. The village of La Croix Valmer was perhaps closer than we were expecting and the excellent bakers was only 5 minutes walk away. All in all it is a great property for a family stay (we were 6 adults and 4 young children) and very reasonably priced when compared to other large properties in the area. We could not fault anything.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Haus in phantastischer Lage

Wir bewohnten das Haus mit acht Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (6 und 9 Jahre alt). Es war für alle mehr als genügend Platz. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich und genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das große Grundstück ist wunderschön angelegt, es gibt ein Trampolin und einen Pool, der sowohl durch einen Zaun, als auch durch eine Alarmanlage (falls jemand unbeobachtet hinein fällt) gesichert ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts und bei uns wurde viel gekocht. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke und eine sehr große Gefriertruhe, so dass man auch für so viele Leute einiges an Lebensmitteln unterbringen kann. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte nur leider in zwei Schlafzimmern ein Kleiderschrank. Das Haus ist so gelegen, dass man von der Terrasse aus einen Blick auf das Meer hat. Ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind zu Fuß innerhalb von nur drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umliegende Umgebung bietet genügend Abwechslung. Die sehr sauberen Strände sind problemlos innerhalb von 8 Minuten mit dem Auto und Saint Tropez ist in nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Kurzum: wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in Croix Valmer und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Un petit paradis calme et reposant

On se sent immédiatement à l’aise dans cette jolie maison familiale. Nous avons apprécié le confort et l’espace de la maison, la proximité du village et même de la plage pour les plus courageux. C’est un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, la maison peut accueillir deux familles sans problèmes.

Magnifique

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette magnifique maison. Propriété avec une âme de maison de famille, décoration sans chichi, ultra fonctionnelle. Nous étions 2 familles et une amie, chaque famille a pu avoir son propre espace. Plusieurs salles de bains et WC, très appréciable. Jardin magnifique, avec vue exceptionnelle, et feux d'artifices vus du jardin le 14 juillet! Piscine chauffée, très agréable, ombragée en partie par un superbe palmier. Piscine sécurisée par une barrière: idéal pour des vacances avec enfants. Propriétaire disponible et sympathique. Je recommande +++ cette location!
