In a small typical village, surrounded by vineyards, quiet and close to bike paths and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Oléron, the beach of Vert Bois. The old house benefits from a 50 m2 terrace, not overlooked, and modern comfort.
Located equidistant from Dolus d'Oléron or the town of Château d'Oléron or the superb fishing port of La Cotinière, it is close to shops and the typical markets of the island. Also on the passage of one of the many bike paths on its own site which allow you to practice cycling with family and safely. Close to all amenities and the Thalassotherapy center of Saint Trojan les Bains. You can also go for a fishing or photography trip without worrying about the car ... The superb forest is close by along the sea with its walking or sports routes. There are many small producers of organic products on the island, whether for vegetables or wine if you wish ...

Haus mit viel Charme

Beim Betreten des Hauses fühlte ich mich schon so, als würde ich schon lange dort wohnen. Es passte alles; das Haus ist groß, ruhig gelegen; es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Die Küche hat Charme mit den individuellen Möbeln; die drei Tische im Wohnzimmer waren ideal. Das Bad ist geräumig, viele Abstellmöglichkeiten; Dusche funktioniert gut und das Dekor an der Fliesenwand ist sehr besonders. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war auch nie ein Problem. Ich wäre gerne noch geblieben. Merci!

Schöner Urlaub mit sehr guten Betten und guter Ausstattung

Wir sagen Danke für eine schöne Zeit in einem kleinen alten Anwesen in sehr guter Lage und überdurchschnittlich gute Küchen Ausstattung. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern unkompliziert. Das kleine Badezimmer ist relativ kalt und feucht und hat keine Heizung, was bei gutem Wetter aber kein Problem war. Viele Gesellschaftsspiele und gute Erläuterungen. Für Kinder sehr geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Simon

Maison très bien équipée, idéale pour deux familles avec enfants....Plage a 10/15' à pied. La communication avec les propriétaires a été parfaite. Ils sont des hôtes très compréhensifs et très arrangeants. Nous avons séjournés en décembre et la cheminée est très agréable ! Nous recommandons +++

Nettes Haus mit genug Platz für 4-6 Personen

Das Haus ist gut 100 Jahre alt, schön renoviert, das Bad ist schön und alles ganz gut in Schuss. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für 6-8 Personen. Zu 8 wird es sicher eng, wir waren zu 2 Personen, da ist es sicher groß genug. Die Lage im kleinen Ort Le Riveau ist ein weing abgelegen, da gibt es keine Bäckerei oder sonst was in der Nähe. Wahrscheinlich durch das Alter ist das Haus ein wenig feucht und das merkt man auch an den Kleidern, die man in den Schrank hängt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und empfangen. Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!
