(Text automatically translated) At the tip of the Bay de l'Orne (Sword Beach), in the heart of a wooded park of 6 hectares surrounded by the wild dunes of the bay, this traditional villa offers a quiet and unmatched independence with maximum comfort for three families with children of all ages. Near major tourist resorts (Deauville or Cabourg, to the landing beaches of June 1944), you can access the beaches and the nature reserve of the bay from the field. Our goal will advise and assist you throughout your stay.

Cleaning (optional): package of 120 € for a WE, 150 € the week and 200 € beyond.
Linen (optional): fixed price of 15 € / pers. for the sheets provided; 18 € / pers.for the raised beds. Included bathroom and table linen

Week-end magique en famille !

J'ai louĂ© cette villa du Domaine de la ClairiĂšre le week-end du 8 mai, afin de pouvoir y fĂȘter mes 60 Ans avec mes proches. Nous Ă©tions 6 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans. La situation gĂ©ographique de cette villa est idĂ©ale pour passer des nuits au calme et pour s'y ressourcer dans la journĂ©e avec le chant des oiseaux. Le parc de 5 hectares et demi, dans lequel nous pouvons gambader sans ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©s par le bruit des voitures et/ou des touristes, est immense, et nous conduit aux dunes de Merville-Franceville qui longent la plage. Un petit flĂ©chage de cet accĂšs direct Ă  la plage serait le bienvenu, en sortant du parc boisĂ© de la villa. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. L'espace de vie au rez-de-chaussĂ©e est trĂšs agrĂ©able et convivial en famille. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. L'accueil du gardien est formidable. Il est toujours prĂȘt Ă  rendre service. Nous avons pu jouer Ă  la pĂ©tanque et sur le terrain de volley lorsque le temps s'y prĂȘtait, et prendre l'apĂ©ritif sur le balcon-terrasse lorsque de petites averses orageuses tombaient. La grande table familiale dans la salle de sĂ©jour est idĂ©ale pour plusieurs personnes. Les fauteuils du salon sont confortables. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix d'avoir louĂ© cette villa authentiquement normande car toute ma petite famille a adorĂ© le cadre de vie et l'espace aussi bien intĂ©rieur qu'extĂ©rieur. ExpĂ©rience d'un long week-end Ă  revivre ultĂ©rieurement au mĂȘme endroit si l'occasion se prĂ©sente ! Je recommande particuliĂšrement.

Magnifique propriété

La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, parfaite pour accueillir des enfants. Le parc qui entoure la maison est magnifique, de nombreuses promenandes possible les chemins sont bien entretenus. La plage est accessible en passant par la forĂȘt puis par les dunes Ă  environ 10/15min Ă  pied.

Urlaub in der Normandie

Sehr angenehme, gerĂ€umige Unterkunft in einem parkĂ€hnlichen großen WaldstĂŒck. Das separate Wohnhaus in historischem Ambiente ermöglichte unserer Familie (7 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Kinder konnten im Park Fahrrad fahren, Möglichkeiten zum Tischtennis und Boule-Spiel, eigener Beach-Volleyball-Platz, Grillmöglichkeit. Zugang zu einem sehr weitlĂ€ufigen Strand (Schwimmen, Kiten optimal). Bei Fragen stand ein Hausmeister, der in unmittelbarer NĂ€he wohnte, immer zur VerfĂŒgung. Es war alles vom Vermieter sehr gut organisiert.

Parfait pour une réunion familiale ou

Nous avons passĂ© la semaine de NoĂ«l 2019 en famille, grands-parents,enfants et petits enfants(en tout 12 personnes dont 5 enfants) Chacun a pu trouver sa place dans les 6 chambres et la grande taille du sĂ©jour nous permettait d’ĂȘtre ensemble tout en ayant des activitĂ©s diverses. La maison est largement Ă©quipĂ©e en vaisselle et appareils mĂ©nagers, ce qui facilite bien les repas d’une grande famille . Les enfants ont pu courir dans le parc boisĂ© et nous avons fait de grandes promenades jusqu'Ă  la mer Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo. De plus Monsieur de Vaumas est restĂ© joignable pendant tout le sĂ©jour pour rĂ©pondre aux questions et se soucier de notre confort. Nous sommes Ă©galement redevables au gardien Monsieur Langlois qui s’est occupĂ© du chauffage et nous a rĂ©guliĂšrement ravitaillĂ© en bĂ»ches, nous permettant de belles flambĂ©es dans la cheminĂ©e. Tous ne pensent qu'Ă  revenir.

Alte Villa auf WaldgrundstĂŒck

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der alten Villa. Das Haus atmet Geschichte und ist stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es könnte allerdings eine Renovierung vertragen. In der KĂŒche löst sich die Tapete von der Decke, die TĂŒrgriffe sind lose und die KlappstĂŒhle auf der Veranda könnten auch mal ĂŒberholt werden. Das sind letztlich aber alles Kleinigkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt nicht eingeschrĂ€nkt haben. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ist umfassend. Im Keller gibt es einen zweiten KĂŒhlschrank und eine Waschmaschine. Ein Trockner ist auch da, aber den haben wir nicht in Gang bekommen. Gartenmöbel sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, ein Gasgrill, eine Tischtennisplatte und FahrrĂ€der sind auch da. Das WLAN funktioniert recht ordentlich, die KĂŒche könnte vielleicht etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer sein (wir haben fĂŒr acht Personen gekocht), aber ansonsten ist die Raumaufteilung genau richtig. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden, können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen und möchten uns herzlich bedanken.

Heerlijk ruim tophuis

Wij hebben met vrienden en kinderen (0-8 jaar) een heerlijke week in dit huis gehad. Zowel het huis als de buitenomgeving is erg ruim waardoor je hier prettig met 12 man kan verblijven. De kinderen speelden binnen verstoppetje en hadden buiten alle ruimte om te spelen. De ruimte in het huis en de ruimte om het huis met grote tafels en een eigen bos voelde erg luxe. Wij hebben er een fijne week gehad en komen graag nog eens terug. Zeker een aanrader.

Wonderful!

We stayed here with 2 families. What a wonderful place to stay! And how kind the owner a caretaker have been. They both go out of their way to make us feel at home and at ease. The caretaker even went to fetch more sand for our little girls to play in, and we didn't even have to ask him. Because the house in in the middle of a (private) forest, it was really relaxed, but the house is still very close to a wonderful beach, and all kinds of facilities. Great rooms, wonderful beds. Loved it!

Une villa chaleureuse, spacieuse et familiale

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa le temps d'un weekend entre amis début mars. A proximité des plages de Merville et non loin de Cabourg, la villa nous a offert tout le confort permettant d'accueillir parents et enfants en bas-ùge. Spacieuse et fonctionnelle (nombreuses salles d'eau/bain...) on s'y est sentis chez nous tout de suite. Le petit plus : la présence sur le domaine d'un gardien, discret et sympathique. En somme une belle adresse pour profiter en famille ou entre amis d'un séjour typiquement normand.

TrÚs belle maison trÚs bien placée

La maison a beaucoup de charme (ancien), elle est aussi trÚs pratique et trÚs confortable. Le terrain est magnifique et l'accÚs à la mer trÚs agréable. L'accueil est de qualité et sympathique.
