Steps from lifts at PC Mountain! Remodeled 2 Bedroom Condo. Ultimate Convenience

This lovely 2 bedroom condo sits directly across the street from Park City Mountain and is also right on the bus route! The common area hot tub is a great feature for relaxing after a day on the slopes!

The Powder Pointe condominiums are a short walk away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort ( bout 300 steps to First Time Lift!)- Main Street in Park City’s Historic District is less than a mile up the road also - with the free bus easily accessible. (No car needed!) These condos provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.

This unit is an upper level unit, which means there are stairs up to the front door, but it also allows for vaulted ceilings in the living room and no tenants above you. There are two levels within the condo, and it has approximately 900 square feet of living space. The kitchen, living room, bedroom and a full sized bathroom are on the entry level, and upstairs is the loft bedroom with a privacy shade as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Living Room: Wood burning fireplace, 55" Smart TV, DVD player, Queen Sofa Sleeper, Vaulted ceilings, small balcony.

Kitchen: Separated from the living room by a counter bar, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Area: Barstools at the kitchen counter provide seating for 4.

Bedroom: Queen bed, TV. Full bath just across the hall.

Bedroom 2 (Open Loft Area): Overlooks the living room, two twin beds and a privacy shade. Adjoining bathroom with a shower only.

Hot Tub: Fully operational! Common area outdoor whirlpool spa available in winter season only. (approximately 8’ x 12’). Security entry code required.

Laundry Room: Common area laundry room. Security entry code required.

Air Conditioning: Yes. Unit is heated and cooled by efficient heat pump technology with individual controls for living room/ kitchen/master bedroom & loft bedroom.

Garage: Common area covered and uncovered parking available. No parking pass required.

Very good place. Matched the listing. Nice and close to ski lift and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for my adult children and me. Just a couple negatives: 1. The address was incorrect. 2. I called the phone number for help and there was no answer. 3. There was a knife with something like maple syrup on it in the utensil drawer. 4. The checkin instructions were sent via text message instead of posting on the VRBO App.These were small hiccups but I've stayed at many rentals and the best ones do not have these issues. Just giving feedback. I would stay here again.Thank you

Great location and kid loved the loft!

The management company was wonderful and very responsive. The location of the unit is really great. We walked to the lifts very easily and had no issue with parking at the unit. We liked the layout. Son was really thrilled about the loft. That said- We had a hard time with the smoky scent of in the air from the old fireplace and the noise from the street - the unit needs a lot of updating and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The heating system had a note attached on what to do if the heat did not shut off. (So this problem is on ongoing issue) The heat would not shut off and the place got to 90 degrees. The corrective action was to turn the breaker off and wait ten minutes and then back on. THe first night we were up every hour dealing with it. THe next nights it was easier to turn it off when we went to bed and have it be cold. The first night we also left the door to the deck open.IN addition they made you check in at an off site location when they could have just saved us the transportation issue and texted us the keypad code.

Expecting your customers to flip a breaker on and off for heating the condo is ridiculous. This should be just a normal maintenance of the thermostat that should be fixed and not pushed off as an inconvenience to the customer. Very disappointed in this but everything else was fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location easily walkable to mountain village base. It’s dated but comfortable enough. TVs are very small and there’s no puzzles or games . Largest complaint is the parking. They won’t let you use the available garage space so you have to hope there will be parking available or you are screwed. I had to park illegally one night hoping I wouldn’t get towed because no spaces were there when we returned from our night out. Also if there is heavy snow the parking area won’t be plowed so take that into account as well.

Great cozy family condo right by ski hill

Great family condo! Walking distance to Ski lodge on one side and right by city bus on the other side. Only 3 min free bus ride to Main st. Condo is cozy, confortable and had all appliances needed. Kids were also able to enjoy the condo hot tub after skiing despite the cold weather. Hope to go back!

Great condo close to the the mountain. Kitchen had plenty of utensils/plates/appliances. Communal hot tub is a good size - never had an issue with overcrowding.
