Relaxing retreat

Peaceful stay in a beautiful location

Rosaria went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She lives in the house above the apartment so is readily available to help with any questions. The pool is amazing, with a view of the sea! The apartment has great facilities for self catering. We travelled as family with two young children. There is a very friendly cat, who we struggled to keep out of the house! A brilliant stay!

Lovely warm welcome from Rosaria and Bertil even though we arrived later than expected on a Sunday. They are a lovely couple and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them. They met us in the village and showed us the way to the apartment and told us everything we needed to know. They had supplied bread, butter, cheese, wine, crisps, water, milk, coffee and also fresh mangoes, avocados and almonds from their garden and eggs from their hens which was fabulous as the shops weren't open until the next day and we were tired from the journey. The apartment is well equipped with all the essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, herbs, washing up liquid, loo rolls, kitchen towels, bin bags etc so we didn't have to buy them which was great as so often they aren't supplied. The apartment is comfortable and on the side of a hill with a lovely sea view and within walking distance of the beach and the supermarket via the dry riverbed. The beach near Chilches is clean and quiet. Chilches itself is small, but the white hill villages inland and the beach resorts are within easy reach by car and you can leave your car near the bus stop on the coast road and take a cheap bus ride into Malaga. It's a great place to stay for a quiet relaxing holiday and at a very reasonable price.

Amazing, Idyllic, Perfect!

The host Rosaria met us at the entrance to Chilches and led us through the village, down a rural path lined with mango trees to the apartment. Absolutely stunning! There were treats when we arrived and water and drinks in the fridge and Rosaria is on hand if you need anything. Such a lovely lady, we had a problem with our hire car and she helped us to contact the company and sort everything out which we were so grateful for. We enjoyed many lovely evenings chatting over a drink and our grandson Isaac loved to feed the hens with her and he often came back proudly with freshly laid eggs! The location is Idyllic, so quiet and peaceful. The garden is beautiful with views down the hill side to the sea. The salt water pool is amazing, the water never got cold even at 10 pm! At night the garden looks stunning with the various lights in the trees and the pool. The apartment is all on ground level and has everything you need for self catering. We had plenty of space for 5 of us (4 adults and a 6 year old). In easy reach of the beach and all the costal resorts, supermarket within 10 mins drive. Enjoyed the night market in Rincon de la Victoria beach front (15 mins) and Isaac loved the bouncy castles and the pond with the turtles. The caves here are breathtaking. Fortaleza, a fort on the edge of Velez-Malaga well worth a visit with fantastic views from the top (25 mins). Cannot recommend this property enough it is absolutely perfect and we did not want to leave! Thank you Rosaria

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt super, sowohl die Kinder als auch wir Erwachsene haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Rosaria ist ein toller Herzensmensch, wir haben sie direkt ins Herz geschlossen, der Abschied war auch sehr traurig.Der Pool und die Aussicht war wunderschön, eine 20 von 10. Location idéale pour des vacances en famille

Super location avec une vue magnifique, propre, bien équipée, hôte extrêment gentille, proche de la mer et dans un environnement calme, dans les hauteurs du petit village de Chilches. On recommande vivement pour les amoureux de la nature mais à proximité de tout.

Séjour exceptionnel!

Notre famille est restée deux semaines chez Rosaria et chaque moment fut précieux. L'emplacement est idéal à 30 minutes de l'aéroport et situé à 2 minutes de la plage. Toute la côte de Chilches est une plage... en plein mois de juillet, nous avons pu aller à la plage sans embarras. Il n'y avait jamais vraiment trop de monde et il y a du stationnement tout le long de la côte, donc on finit toujours pas trouver un endroit. Le logement est d'une grande propreté, tout comme le terrain et la piscine. La vue sur la mer en nageant dans la piscine ou en mangeant à la table est fantastique. Il ne manque de rien dans le logement: grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière au gaz, cafetière, wifi avec très bonne portée jusqu'à l'extérieur, bons matelas... Tout était parfait! L'accueil de Rosaria était également parfait. Facile de communication, chaleureux et discret. Le Mercadona de Chilches est aussi un supermarché d'exception avec coin boucherie, poissonnerie, bonne boulangerie à l'extérieur. Bref, cet endroit est un petit paradis pour la détente!

Schöne Ferienwohnung bei tollen Gastgebern

Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohung mit Meerblick, umgeben von wilder Natur und mit einem tollen, sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Rosaria, die Gastgeberin, war sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und immer hilfsbereit. Nach der Anreise mit Flug und Mietwagen am späten Samstagabend waren wir besonders dankbar dafür, dass sie uns sogar mit einer Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln versorgt hat! Thank you Rosaria and Bertil for two beautiful weeks, and maybe "hasta la proxima"!

Der erste Eindruck war: perfekt. Normalerweise täuschen Fotos ja mehr vor als eigentlich da ist, aber hier war es eine positive Überraschung. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind zwei zauberhafte Rentner, die einem jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Die Lage ist super. Sehr idyllisch gelegen, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: mitunter hört man die Autobahn etwas deutlich. Der Anfahrtszeit ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber gutzutun bewältigen. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen und können das Objekt nur empfehlen

Auch zum zweiten Mal wunderbar!

Drei Jahre zuvor waren wir schon einmal bei Rosaria und Bertil zu Gast und auch dieses Mal haben wir uns äußerst wohl gefühlt und ihre Gastfreundschaft genossen. Der Umbau des Appartments ist sehr schön geworden, hat aber trotzdem seinen Charme behalten können. Bei herrlichstem Wetter konnten wir tolle Ausflüge unternehmen und uns am Nachmittag mit einem kühlen Getränk am Pool niederlassen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Viele Grüße an Rosaria und Bertil

Han sido unos días espectaculares en general . La anfitriona,Rosaria,muy amable y atenta en todo .La piscina es increíble y con una temperatura del agua que se podía estar hasta bien tatde a la noche y con un juego de luces que fue una belleza .Todo bien equipado , como si estuviésemos en nuestra propia cas a . Una casa inmejorable

Lacada es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Todo paz y tranquilidad. Limpieza de 10. Los anfitriones muy amables y siempre dispuestos. La piscina una maravilla. Por poner alguna pega las playas cercanas son de arena negra con bastante piedras y eso a nosotros no nos gusta. Pero la casa tal como la queríamos y más. Unos días geniales.

Muy bueno y completo. Los propietarios viven en el 2do piso y son muy cordiales y amables. El acceso a la propiedad es un poco complicado por lo que lo ideal sería contar con un mapa. En las fotos deberían incluir el portón de entrada a la Finca para poder identificarlo más fácilmente.
