Bella ampia casa rifinita con gusto e funzionalità

La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla e piacevole, 2 km dalle spiagge di Chia, ma tenendo conto che ogni giorno cambiavamo spiaggia non abbiamo sentito il peso di dover prendere l'auto che è comunque necessaria per poter raggiungere tutte le spiagge della zona che sono una più bella dell'altra. Per quanto riguarda servizi e qualità dell'appartamento direi che le foto e la descrizione sono realistiche, nessuna sorpresa! Mancherebbe solo un forno a microonde utile per chi ha i bambini.

Una grande Vacanza

La casa è confortevole dotata di tutti i comfort che può offrire una sistemazione al mare. Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni in due famiglie in otto persone senza avere alcun problema. Ottimo il fatto di avere 5 bagni indipendenti che permette al rientro dal mare di effettuare le docce contemporaneamente. L'immobile è di recente costruzione ben tenuto, rifinito ed arredato con gusto. La zona di Chia offre poco per chi cerca una vacanza "notturna", ma è sbalorditiva per chi come noi cerca il mare e tutte le sue bellezze. In 15 km di costa questa zona offre scenari straordinari, squarci da cartolina. In conclusione una vancanza bellissima che sicuramente ripeteremo. La sardegna vista una volta ti conquista subito e lì ci lasci il cuore.

"Das Haus ist ein mittler...

"Das Haus ist ein mittleres in einer Reihe von vier Reihenhäusern, die im Besitz einer Familie sind. Die Mutter der 4 Besitzer wohnt oberhalb der Reihenhäuser und ist Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (sie spricht nur italienisch, eine Tochter, die ebenfalls in der Nähe vor Ort wohnt, spricht englisch.). Dieses Haus wurde 2010 fertig gestellt und ist dementsprechend sehr neu und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat vier Schlafzimmer und vier Badezimmer. In der ersten Etage sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage: Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum großen Balkon und ein kleineres zweites mit Schlafcouch. Im ersten OG. befindet sich zudem ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne mit Wirlpoolfunktion /Dusche. Im Erdgeschoß ist der Ess- und Wohnbereich mit der offenen Küche (der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß und kühlstark). Vorteilhaft ist der vorhandene Geschirrspüler, der allerdings nicht zeitgleich mit der Waschmaschine laufen kann, da die Sicherungen herausspringen. Das Wohnzimmer ist modern und schön gestaltet. Die bequeme weiße Couch wurde zu Beginn mit einem Tuch überzogen, um möglichen Einwirkungen von außen entgegen zu wirken. Es gibt 2 Terrassen. Vor dem Haus ist die Terrasse mit dem Grill und einer Außenduschen. Die Terrasse zum Garten ist überdacht und hier stehen sehr schöne Gartenmöbel aus Holz. In Parterre steht auch die Waschmaschine und es gibt ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Souterrain sind zwei weitere Zimmer mit jeweils einem angeschlossenen Bad (Dusche jeweils). Insgesamt ist der Haus sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für 8 bis 9 Personen. Durch die italienische Bauweise ist das Haus hellhörig. Die Gespräche der Nachbarn kann man wörtlich mithören. Die Endreinigung kostet 80 Euro, das Ausleihen der Bettwäsche pro Person 25 Euro. Der Strom, der verbraucht wird, wird extra berechnet (Für 2 Wochen zahlten wir 50 Euro. Die Möblierung ist sehr modern und größtenteils von Ikea. Es gibt nur 12 Gläser, das ist etwas wenig bei Vollbelegung. Ansonsten ist alles in der Küche vorhanden was benötigt wird. "
