Villa Mirto has a large garden with private pool and a large covered veranda with relaxation area, shower with cold / hot water, barbecue.
On the ground floor: bright living area consisting of lounge and kitchen equipped with all comforts, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed.
On the first floor: comfortable sleeping area with double bedroom, bathroom and a veranda terrace with washing machine.
The Green soul of Villa Mirto includes a photovoltaic system for "zero" impact on electricity, electric car charging (type 2 for a fee), autonomous wastewater purification with predictive irrigation to reduce water consumption and reverse osmosis water purifier for the elimination of plastic bottles.
