Very calm, clear, near tourist sites, located in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. Beach lifeguard in season. Not dangerous, very calm and flat. Water sports and sailing , swimming lessons, horseback riding and tennis courts on site.

Le logement est parfait pour un séjour de découverte de la baie de Saint Brieuc. Idéalement placé à quelques mètres de la grande plage des Rosaires il permet de bénéficier à la fois de la magnifique vue et de l’animation du bord de mer. Il est très bien équipé et très confortable. Mention +++ à l’hôte Christine qui est très disponible et qui fourmille de bons conseils !

La location est très bien située. Se réveiller le matin est avoir la mère en face de vos yeux c'est vraiment génial. L'appartement est très bien équipé ! Il est vraiment parfait pour passer un agréable séjour. La propriétaire est vraiment très gentil, a votre écoute, elle donne pleins de bon plans. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location. Propriétaire très aimable et attentionnée, appartement conforme à nos attentes. Le balcon pour le petit déjeuner et le diner est parfait. La plage est vraiment à côté. Nous conseillons de louer aussi le garage qui permet de ne pas avoir à se soucier de chercher un place de stationnement. Un grand merci pour votre accueil. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, la plage des rosaires est fabuleuse. Les randonnées par le sentier côtier sont à faire. Merci pour les recommandations des visites dans la baie de st brieuc, la côte de granite rose et la côte d’émeraude. Également merci pour les adresses de restaurants .... L’appartement est très fonctionnel. Il a une vue absolument magnifique sur la mer. Le parking en sous sol est très pratique. Nous gardons un bon souvenir. À bientôt

magnifique emplacement

Nous avons bien apprécié ce joli appartement avec sa vue sur la plage des Rosaires:la véranda nous permettait d'être à l'abri du vent pour les repas.Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu un dépôt de pain et journal à côté ,ça aurait été le top !mais la propriétaire n'y est pour rien et notre séjour a été excellent.

appartement agréable

Nous avons occupé cet appartement du 12 au 19/06/2016. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la sœur de la propriétaire car cette dernière, était absente. L'appartement était propre. Il est lumineux, agréable et correctement équipé. Seul une paire de ciseaux est manquante. La vue de la terrasse est une vue mer latérale mais suffisamment dégagée pour en profiter. La terrasse est vitrée, ce qui permet d'en jouir même par temps maussade. Par contre nous n'avions pas de connexion Wi-Fi. Des connexion sont possibles mais toutes sont sécurisées. Cela me paraît rédhibitoire à notre époque! La station est très calme et ne s'anime quelque peu que le w-e. Il n'y a pas de boulangerie ni de dépôt de pain. Vous serez obligés de prendre la voiture jusqu'à Plérin village où vous trouverez également un centre commercial et un "Leclerc" très bien achalandé. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour 2 personnes qui cherchent la tranquillité (du moins à l'époque où nous y sommes allés).

Séjour à Plérin Les Rosaires

Séjour hyper agréable dans un logement tout à fait fonctionnel joliment décoré et presque les pieds dans l'eau , région très belle à découvrir avec beaucoup de randonnées possibles et d'autres activités susceptibles de convenir à tout âge . Quant à l'accueil , rien à dire, une propriétaire charmante et chaleureuse . A noter un plus pour l'appartement la possibilité de bénéficier du parking en sous sol. Encore merci pour ce séjour charmant .

Une adresse à retenir. Bon accueil. appartement super pour 2 personnes avec une vue sur mer idéale. Nous avons profité de la fameuse marée (Surtout le dimanche matin) et d'un des restaurants locaux.

Appartement très bien situé sur la plage des Rosaires, agréable à vivre, bien distribué avec un balcon doté de baies coulissantes très pratiques et parking en sous-sol. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui nous a signalé à notre arrivée le lit très bruyant (grince à chaque mouvement) et le téléviseur au format timbre-poste. Ces équipements mériteraient d'être remplacés et d'autres, comme un lave-linge, planche à repasser... ajoutés afin de faire mieux correspondre les équipements offerts et le prix de la location.
