This is a very nice family holiday home that the owner seems to rent out in the off season periods. Nice location, quiet and peaceful and just a 10 or 15 minute walk down the steps to Trestraou beach. Clean and tidy and generally well appointed, BUT not suitable for our party of 6 adults. There is a bedroom downstairs and a very good bathroom (basin, bath and separate shower), but upstairs the bathroom facilities are NOT convenient for the 3 double bedrooms.There is a toilet, but the bathroom (basin and shower) is effectively part of the largest bedroom, making it unusable for the occupants of the other 2 first floor bedrooms. This is probably fine for the owner and family, but not at all appropriate for the 6 or 8 adults who could potentially be sharing the house.The other facilities in the house were good (sadly only French TV, and we were not fluent enough in French to appreciate that). Certainly very comfortable, though the kitchen is on the small side. It would have been good to have had instructions on the heating system as it got a little chilly on occasions (the heating did come on sometimes, but it didn't seem to be automatically regulated by ambient temperature). Hot water was good though, and consistently available.Spacious inside and out - we enjoyed the rear patio when the weather permitted. It would be ideal for a large extended family (with smaller children).We really appreciated the owner allowing an early check in after our overnight sailing.

Excellent séjour en famille. Accès à la plage assez pratique y compris avec des enfants. Maison très fonctionnelle. Météo idéale. Nous avons pu profiter du magnifique jardin et de la terrasse pour déjeuner et dîner dehors.

Maison bien équipée, spacieuse, propre, au calme, un peu excentrée. Excellent séjour sous le soleil avec des températures entre 18 et 25 degrés. L'idéal pour découvrir cette belle région. Je recommande cette location, voiture conseillée pour les courses.

Perfect house for family holiday

Very nice and spacious, well-equipped house and garden. Was perfect for our family of 6. The town beach is very close by via a footpath. Many other nice places close by to swim and hike. We recommend the boat trip to the 7-iles. Very friendly and helpful host.

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique séjour dans cette très agréable villa très bien située, au calme. Plage surveillée et mer facilement accessibles à pieds. Equipement très complet (cuisine, guides, jeux de société..), très bonne literie et une décoration faite avec humour. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et la pelouse sur l’arrière de la maison. Un grand merci à Madame Voisin pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !

Une semaine très réussie

Madame Voisin nous a accueilli très chaleureusement en veillant à chaque détail pour s'assurer de notre confort. La maison est idéalement placée, spacieuse, parfaitement agencée et équipée. On y trouve tout pour organiser notre séjour (guides touristiques, revues, cartes détaillées...et même des vêtements d'appoint pour affronter les caprices du temps) Notre hôte fait clairement confiance à ses invités. Une rareté !

belle maison, pièce à vivre spacieuse, très claire et très bien aménagée. L'extérieur est très agréable et bien entretenue. Petits bémols: la salle de bains du haut est dans une chambre sans réelle séparation et la cuisine ( par ailleurs bien équipée) est un peu petite. l'accueil, de Joëlle, est très sympathique

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil. La maison est très agréable, très lumineuse et très bien équipée. Un bémol sur l’ergonomie de la cuisine . Un énorme plus sur l’équipement audio. Maison tres bien située, dans un quartier hyper calme. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le jardin mais les équipements sont présents pour en profiter pleinement Je recommande cette location

Super maison avec jardin, des livres pour les gens qui aiment la mer et une déco sympa. A 500m de la plage de Trestraou (ça monte au retour). 1 km environ du centre. On y retourne l'an prochain, sauf si on rachète la maison Accueil sympa d'une voisine. Zéro souci

Parfait!

Emplacement idéal (10 minutes max à pied de la plage, 5 minutes du centre-ville à vélo), confort, grand jardin, bonne communication. Rien à redire. Si nous revenons à Perros-Guirec, nous relouerons cette maison.
