(Text automatically translated) Beautiful apartment of 80 m2, good standing, personalized decoration, located on the seafront. Breathtakeable view from the living room and a bedroom, on the Sillon beach and its high tides, on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator) of a bourgeois house. Household appliances are recent, like bedding.
A large entrance distributes three bedrooms and a living / dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A bedroom with sea view, equipped with a 160x200 bed and a desk. The other two bedrooms are equipped with 140x200 beds, one of them has a private shower and sink. A bathroom with large Italian shower and sink, and a separate toilet complete the apartment.
Arrival time from 4:00 p.m.
Departure time before 11:00 a.m.
We favor reservations with arrivals and departures on Saturdays.
For the comfort of our travelers, the final cleaning is charged 60 euros in addition to the rental.
Heating is charged in addition depending on the season, beyond 30 kWh / day + 0.15 euros/kWh.
We offer the rental of towels +10 euros / person / week (a large and a small towel).
A deposit of 500 euros is requested and returned on departure according to the final inventory.
Parking of your vehicle is possible on the road and paid by parking meter except on Sundays. Please consult the site I park in Saint-Malo.
