The view from the 2nd floor screened lanai and master bedroom overlooks a serene and scenic lake and golf course. The community has wonderful walking sidewalks and paths throughout. There is a shopping center right across the condominium that includes restaurants, shopping, yoga center, gas station and ATM.

The most beautiful beaches on the gulf coast are just minutes drive away, including Siesta Key Beach, voted number one in the Country and one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world! We have beach supplies for you to use, a beach tend, chairs, cooler and beach towels.

Centrally located, close to I-75 for trips to Tampa, Orlando, Fort Meyers for tons of fun. Only a few miles from Sarasota airport, Benderson Park and a short drive to Lakewood Ranch where you can enjoy outdoor music and fine restaurants.

Also, this location is only a short drive to St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota as well as many beautiful public golf courses and great shopping, including Ellenton Outlet Mall and University Town Center.

Very relaxing!

Thank you! You were wonderful hosts and most accommodating. Our stay was very pleasant The location is central with all amenities close by and friendly neighbours. The condo was spotless and exactly as described with photos and completely move in ready. Highly recommended!

Impecable!!!

We felt just like home! It was clean and well supplied with everything we could want. I could not believe how comfortable I felt, right away. This had a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apto is near shoppings, restaurants and beaches. I could not have made a better choice. I would Definately recommend and I´ll be back!

My wife and I live in Brazil and spent our vacation enjoying our lovely condo. We decided to share this beautiful property with others who want to experience the many joys that Bradenton and Sarasota have to offer, including the world famous beaches like Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located in Tara Preserve, one of the finest 18 hole championship golf courses in Florida. The condo allows quick and easy access to downtown Sarasota, popular shopping, a variety of Gulf beaches, and even Interstate-75 for additional travel opportunities. Therefore, it’s a great location to experience all that Sarasota and the Gulf Coast has to offer - a strong cultural and arts community, a variety of shopping venues, wonderful restaurants, and incredible white sand beaches with water activities such as fishing and boating – while still having a quiet, cozy retreat to call home at the end of the day.

What makes this property unique

The lake and golf course view is nice. We often sit in the lanai and watch the birds around, the lake and golf players. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The condo is very comfortable with a nice open layout, and the heated pool area is just steps away.
