Excellent séjour proche de la plage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Les propriétaires ont été très réactif à mes questions, ils sont très aimables , accueillants et a l' écoute de ses locataires.Le logement est spacieux et tout équipé.Je recommande sans hésitation la location.La plage se situe à quelques mètres, ainsi que des commerces. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

A 2 pas de la mer et 3 du centre ville

Logement à l’étage et indépendant. Bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge et fer à repasser, cuisine équipée avec une grande poêle pour cuisiner les galettes). Il y a un lecteur dvd mais il ne peut pas être branché sur la télé, pb de génération. La location a été laissé globalement propre par le précédent locataire mais elle mériterait un nettoyage de printemps. Le propriétaire n’a pas pu nous accueillir, mais il est resté joignable et est venu nous rendre visite lavant veille du départ. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré le temps gris. Si vous aimez visiter les alentours et pas forcément vous baigner, Carnac n’est peut être pas la bonne destination car il y besoin de faire beaucoup de km en voiture.

Délicieux moments

Emplacement de ce bien est appréciable, car central à Carnac et cependant calme. La proximité de la grande plage nous a plu. La proximité des commerces est aussi importante. Il est probable que je refasse appel à la location de Monsieur Legrand dans un futur proche.

Bright, clean and sunny Just a short wall from the beach and shops. Kitchen is well equipped and the flat very clean. There is a bakery and supermarket well within walking distance, walk and restaurants to suit every taste.

Everything we wanted

The owner was friendly and helpful from the first to the last. The salon was large and open as were the 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The beach was 100yards and the shops of carnac plage were a step further . Carnac itself was a brisk walk away ,a web search will tell you of the alignments and more. Auray, Vannes , Gulf de Morbihan all a short drive away. Best Brittany holiday yet (of many) and no dearer than a static. We hope to return.

Décevant !

Mobilier archaique, en exemple, la table de nuit est une chaise ! Les portes, les dessus de chaises sont très sales. La toile cirée aurait besoin d´être changée. Nous étions contents de quitter cette location.

Je comprends mal cette réaction, alors qu'aucun mécontentement n'a été exprimé durant votre séjour, bien au contraire.... Le mobilier et l'appartement sont tels que sur les photos, rien n'est caché (on me l'a souvent dit) et cela me désole d'autant plus que je n'ai jusqu'à présent eu que des retours positifs de locataires dont plusieurs sont revenus à plusieurs reprises. Il fallait bien, qu'un jour, quelqu'un soit mécontent... "on ne peut satisfaire tout le monde et son père" (Jean de La Fontaine : "le meunier, son fils et l'âne")

Très agréable location

Appartement très lumineux avec des pièces très grandes et tout le confort nécessaire en électro-ménager, situé près du centre et à 2 pas de la mer idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et il a aménagé l'intérieur avec beaucoup de bon gout. Je la recommande.
