Villa CLIMATISEE 8 persons ideal for 1 to 2 families with children, very comfortable (furnishing and equipment very recent), very quiet, with private pool and landscaped garden of about 1500 m2, 400 m from the sea, 4 bedrooms.
Welcome and contact on site provided by an agency at your disposal throughout the stay.
Description: 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, fitted kitchen, living-dining room, teak terrace with vegetable pergola, petanque, solarium with sea view.
Note that the entire ground floor (kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom, 2 bedrooms) is accessible by wheelchair.
Mobile air conditioners are available in case of high heat.

Booking assured SAFELY via French contract made by an agency on site.
Possibility of payment in cash with prior agreement (contact us).
Late arrival possible on Saturday or Sunday (by prior arrangement)

SURF / KITE schools, as well as a diving center (www.ulysseplongee.fr), are accessible between 4 and 10 minutes walk from the house, and therefore with complete autonomy and safety, which is highly appreciated by TEENAGERS.

Perfect hide away in Giens, peninsula near Hyeres.

Perfect house, and location. Perfect swimming pool. The beach is nearby. Outside in Giens it becomes very crowded during the day. But the house is very quit. Although the last three days of our stay builders started to build, it was very loud. We really would have appreciated if the owner had told us about the house next to their being under construction.

Not quite what it seems

The property is as advertised but, for its cost, is not good enough. All of the furnishings are 'tired'. Further, for the entirety of the first week we had no aircon. The swimming pool is dirty, despite being cleaned once per week, the walls of the pool are covered in green algae particularly around the steps. For such a large and expensive property, it is extraordinary that there is no BBQ, there is an electric grill but this is at best sketchy to use. The kitchen units are also very well worn. Shame as in the pictures, it looks wonderful. We had fun but, it is a typical VRBO listing and suffers from old photographs of better times.

Une maison agréable avec un beau jardin et du confort Malheureusement si les chambres sont bien climatisées, les espaces séjour - salle à manger et cuisine ne le sont pas , ce qui avec la canicule a posé un gros problème de confort en particulier avec un bébé et un jeune enfant. Très dommage. La maison est annoncée climatisée . Mais elle ne l’est que sur les chambres.

Maison Coup de cœur

Avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette magnifique maison. Tout était parfait! La maison est vraiment très bien équipée (notamment en vaisselle, ce qui est assez rare mais aussi en électroménager). Vraiment l'impression d'être comme à la maison! L'exterieur est très agréable. La possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures à l'intérieur de la propriété est un vrai plus sur Giens. La climatisation est également un vrai plus. Je recommande totalement cette location. L'accueil et la communication avec l'agence ont été excellents! Petit bémol mais rien à voir avec la location mais plutot un probleme de Giens : il faut savoir qu'avec des poussettes, les routes ne sont pas très sécurisées car bien souvent pas de trottoir...

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Grand jardin avec terrasse et piscine, c’est l’idéal pour la vie en extérieur durant l’été. Proximité du départ de la Tour fondue et des plages de sables ou galets de la presqu’île. A noter : les allers- retours vers Hyeres peuvent être longs aux horaires de pointe.

Endroit paradisiaque, nous avons appréciés l'aménagement de la zone ombré de la terrasse, grosse amélioration par rapport au parasol de l'année passée. Ce qui nous a permis de déjeuner sur la terrasse, par rapport à l'année passée. Point négatif les moustiques cette année, mais bon... Points à améliorée : si l'air conditionné pouvait être aménagé dans l'ensemble de l'habitation, ce serait parfais. Les refroidisseurs sont trop bruyant pour les nuits. Giens est vraiment mon coup de cœur, nous reviendrons en espérant rester 2 semaines. Merci. Bien cordialement. Eric V

Ein tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern hier und hatten zwei tolle Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, so dass jeder auch seinen eigenen Bereich hat. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke. Der Pool ist toll und der Garten ist sehr sonnig, spendet aber auch Schatten. Die Gegend um Giens hat sehr viel zu bieten sowohl für Strand- als auch für Wander-Liebhaber. Besonders sehenswert ist die Insel Porquerolle! Vielen Dank für alles!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, auch die Agentur vor Ort mit Sébastien sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Sehr schönes, vollkommen ruhig gelegenes und sauberes Haus mit wunderbarem mediterranem Garten. Bestens ausgerüstete Küche. Fussweg zum nächsten Strand ca. 15 min, Naturpark mit romantischem Küstenwanderweg ebenfalls in Fussnähe. Gute Restaurants in kurzer Autodistanz. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit Familie. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Parfait!

L'offre correspond exactement à l'annonce, aucune mauvaise surprise. La villa est agréable, lumineuse, très bien équipée, on sent que la propriétaire est une vraie maitresse de maison. Le jardin est splendide. Calme absolu. L'agence est disponible en cas de question, souci ou autre. Bref, une semaine de coupure totale, dans un environnement parfait.
