A spacious villa facing the sea (max 14 people) awaits you, 30 m from a small cove planted with coconut palms.

A small path leads you to the beach, where swimming is a real pleasure....The lagoon is a small aquarium.

For the more athletic activities, a surf spot is accessible from the bottom of the house.
From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Marie-Galante, the Saintes and the Soufrière (lower land).
From mid-February the whales grow offshore to reach the sandbanks until the end of April ... If you are lucky enough to see them .... spectacle and thrills guaranteed
The villa located in St François, a nautical resort in the south of Grande-Terre, will offer you exceptional comfort to spend your holidays under the Caribbean sun. With friends or family, at their own pace! because you will have 6 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped American kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, an outdoor shower, a large living room opening onto the terrace.
A personalized welcome will be reserved for you so that you feel on vacation as soon as you arrive: we will have the pleasure of offering you your first dinner in the tropics!! (for a minimum stay of 7 nights) without forgetting the planteur to be enjoyed by the pool.
No constraints, the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden are provided by professionals and the cleaning will be done once a week (for minimum stays of 14 nights).
A barbecue is at your disposal for unforgettable barbecue evenings.

Any day of arrival with the exception of school holiday periods (Saturday to Saturday).

End of stay cleaning to be paid on site: 120€

Amazing location, house and host!

We stayed for a week as a family of 8 including 3 teens. The open nature of the house was wonderful! Being able to wander out to the pool or lounge on the covered porch or walk down to snorkel across the street was divine. The kitchen had all we need. The host was so welcoming and provided a welcome meal and a delightful punch on our last day. The one time we had an issue they fixed it immediately! The location was both quiet and convenient for St Francis, Sainte Anne and other areas of Grande Terre! Lots of lovely bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. Thank you so much for all of your hospitality!!!!

Villa très spacieuse et agréable avec vue sur l'océan. Quartier calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les espaces extérieurs qui étaient nombreux et ont permis à chacun de profiter un maximum en étant tout à fait à l'aise. L'air conditionné dans toutes les chambres a été très apprécié. La commune de Saint François est un très bon point de départ pour les visites en Grande Terre

Jolie maison

La maison est jolie est bien situé sur Saint François. L'extérieur est juste magique, magnifique. Une vue incroyable sur la mer avec le bruit des vagues. Nous avons eu un accueil parfait avec un punch de bienvenue et une jolie fleur. Vous avez été très disponible un grand merci. Une plage est accessible à pied mais impossible à se baigner vague et pierre mais la vue fait tout oublié.Par contre manque un peu d'entretien à l'intérieur. poignées cassées, volets (ailettes)qui ne ferment pas totalement..Pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres ni au lit compliqué en période de dengue. On s'est fait piquer à plusieurs reprises dans les chambres.Les climatisations dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas la journée si vous avez des enfants en bas âges pour la sieste il fait vite chaud. Le wifi fonctionne très mal. Quelques petits points à revoir ...

Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Patricia et Maguy qui cuisine à merveille, je recommande vivement leurs services. Tout était top : l’accueil de Maryse, la communication, la maison avec son aménagement intérieur convivial, l'aménagement extérieur avec ses canapés, tables et la piscine permettent d'accueillir facilement les 11 personnes de notre groupe (adultes et ados), la literie était très bien. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Grande Terre. Le petit plus est le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la végétation. Tout était parfait et nous remercions sincèrement Maryse pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils.

Un séjour très agréable à St François

La villa est très bien placée avec vue mer et accès à une petite plage en descendant un escalier. S’équiper de masques et tubas (et de chaussures de voile) car la petite crique regorge de poissons. La villa est grande et bien équipée. Deux chambres doubles avec leurs salles d’eau, deux autres groupements de chambres : un premier de deux chambres doubles ; un deuxième d’une chambre double + deux lits simples (l’un d’eux est isolé dans une chambre passante). Maryse est très accueillante, le repas de bienvenue est très apprécié. Bonnes quantités, nous avons recommandé au cours de notre séjour. Je vous recommande vivement cette villa au couleurs guadeloupéennes qui pourra accueillir des groupes importants (nous étions 10 dont 4 ados).

Une maison très agréable qui d'emblée fait penser à une maison de famille. une grande salle à vivre et une terrasse avec une très belle vue . Je conseille vraiment de prendre les repas cuisinés par Patrick (surtout le cochon...). Maryse et Patrick donnent beaucoup d'informations sur les possibilités de l'île. Seule ombre au tableau l'attaque des moustiques..prévoir des prises antimoustique, des serpentins et du répulsif, je ne sais pas si c'était particulier à notre séjour mais il faut prendre des précautions. Bref un séjour trés agréable avec nos 3 petites filles qui ont bien profiter de la maison et de la piscine. La petite en plage en bas est assez atypique et trè agréable. Bref je recommande cette maison et surtout ses hôtes.

Séjour en famille (9 personnes). La villa est magnifique, spacieuse et idéalement située pour visiter les environs. Calme, vue et proche de la mer. Les soirées sur la terrasse étaient vraiment reposantes. Maryse la propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, toujours disponible et de bons conseils, et petit + elle propose de bons petits plats locaux sur commande ce qui est appréciable quand on rentre d'une longue journée d'excursion ! je recommande.
