Pool + 10 min walk to the beach

Description of the premises:

Old stone house of size reinstalled in 2009, exotic, in peace, in the middle of a case of greenery.
Ideally located close to the town center and beaches (10 min walk), it benefits from a large private terrace of 45 M2 shaded (vine), a sunny swimming pool (exceptionally used in the absence of the tenants) but only when you're not there), hammock.
The owners, former renowned restaurateurs in the region, live on the spot (on the 1st floor).
A welcome basket of vegetables from the garden (depending on season) will be offered on arrival.

Terms of reservation and payment:

The reservation of the accommodation is made by the receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total price (by transfer or by check).
The balance is payable upon arrival at the venue upon delivery of keys.
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested.

Check-in is from 3pm. the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 am.

Final cleaning:

A charge of 150 € cleaning will be asked if you do not make the rental in perfect condition.

Great arrival on a beautiful location. Quiet but on walking distance of the nice beach, shops and dining options. House is great and the garden even greater. Cooking in the patio and swimming, so much fun. Host is very nice and helped us out when needed. This place is a real gem. Nothing but positive.

Lovely family holiday

Super property, exactly as advertised. Really peaceful and secluded but within easy walking distance of all the local activities and amenities. I loved barbecuing every evening and the pool is a really great size for family games. The hosts are lovely and answered questions promptly. Lifts to and from the station at the beginning and end of our stay were really appreciated. We are considering a return visit!

Best holiday ever

We had a fantastic vacation with our two children and our dog. The house is beautiful and offers everything you could wish for. The equipment of the house, for example with two coffee machines (one in the house and the other in the outdoor kitchen), was great. The interaction with the landlords was also very nice.

One week is very nice but not enough

Unfortunately, we were only able to travel for one week this fall. But the route to the Cote d'Azur is quite long. But we received such a warm and friendly welcome that it was very easy to arrive. The description of the property absolutely matches the situation on site. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are extremely quiet. A week of pure relaxation in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Que dire… tout était parfait ! L’accueil, le logement spacieux et propre, la piscine, la proximité avec le centre ville et la plage… et un gros point positif pour la sécurité qui permet de laisser gambader les enfants sur la terrasse sans qu’ils ne puissent accéder à la piscine ! Un vrai bonheur ! Nous avons passés un superbe séjour, merci à Magali et Maryse pour leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons !!

Traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche bei Magali verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Das absolute Highlight ist aber der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten, so dass man sich immer für ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen entscheiden kann. Die Außenküche ist großartig. Nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine fantastische Bäckerei. Magali ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die sofort auf alle Fragen antwortet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool und tolle Lage

Wir waren hier im Mai 2024 und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Palmen-Garten mit der Outdoor-Küche ist ein Traum. Das Haus liegt in einem Villenviertel. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann das Auto direkt im eingezäunten Hof parken. Viele Ausflüge haben wir direkt mit dem Zug unternommen, z.B. Cannes oder St Tropez. Bahnhof, Hafen, Strand, Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das fanden wir sehr praktisch. Die sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin wohnt im Obergeschoss. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes Haus

Haus ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Pool und Garten sehr gross und sehr schön. Mann kann Strand und Einlaufladen zu Fuss erreichen. Sehr nette vermiterin, gerne besuche ich dieser Ort wieder

Perfekter Urlaub,perfekte Wohnung

wir (meine Frau,mein Sohn, mein Hund und ich) waren hier sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Die Wohnung ist im EG, in der 1. Etage mit seperatem Eingang wohnen die Vermieter. Der gesamte Außenbereich, Pool,Terrasse,Küche und Garten sind großzügig und sauber. Perfekt! Auch die Wohnung ist sehr gutausgestattet und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel,ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in den lebhaften Ort. Der ganze Außenbereich ist ingezäunt,so dass der Hunde sich frei bewegen konnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le logement est impeccable, la literie de super qualité et il ne manque rien pour cuisiner. La piscine et le jardin sont incroyables. L’emplacement est idéal. Mit diesem Feriendomizil waren wir rundum zufrieden, weil alles passte: der Pool, das Haus, das herrliche Ambiente, die Nähe zum Strand und den Geschäften, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Unten am Strand tobte das Leben und oben im Haus die herrliche Ruhe. Der Bäcker und ein kleiner Laden, 6 min. zu Fuß, so dass das frische Baguette morgens gesichert war. Magali und Marise, sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Bettwäsche, Handtücher Strandtücher haben wir kostenfrei von Ihnen erhalten. Das Auto haben wir nur für größere Einkäufe genutzt, ansonsten waren wir zu Fuß mit der Bahn und dem Boot unterwegs. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung.

Ausgesprochen angenehme Atmosphäre

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Viertel mit vielen alten Villen. Wir hatten den Garten, die Terrasse und den Pool für uns und haben häufiger die Küche im überdachten Außenbereich genutzt, um zu kochen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist ansprechend, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine perfekte Woche im sonnigen Oktober.

Schone woning welke bij voorkeur voor 4 personen is geschikt. 2 slaapkamers zijn er. Inchecken was een beetje zakelijk. Geen info hoe de reis was en hoe we heten, maar dat is een detail.

Mooi huis dicht bij kust

Mooie woning op het gelijkvloers, waarbij huurders wonen op de 1ste verdieping. Prachtig goed onderhouden zwembad met ideale buitenkeuken en mooie eetplaats onder oude druivelaar. 1kamer met vaste airco, 2 met gewone blazer. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die altijd ter beschikking staan voor hulp. Belangrijk voor hondenliefhebbers: Lieve hond van huurders loopt vrij rond, rond het huis maar kan niet op verhuurde eigendom. Topper!

Vacances au top ! A recommander à 100% ! La villa est géniale, il ne manque de rien. Tout est fait avec soin, tout est pensé pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Les hôtes sont plus qu'adorables. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !
