Paradise vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied the place is beautiful. The location was perfect. Just one thing the grill does not get hot. It does not work good at all. We waited and waited and waited. Finally, we had to cook food on the stove.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all we had a wonderful time. Great place to stay and seen a lot of bear on the property which the kids really enjoyed. Only down side was having to wait for it to be cleaned so we could check in, got a text that our check in time was pushed back to 6:30 due to cleaning not done yet, we drove around town and showed up a few minutes after 7 to the cabin no cleaning crew there so I called the main number to ask if we had a door code yet. They said sorry we meant to text the code but here it is.
Response from VrboOwner on 5 Aug 2026
Thank you for your review! We're so glad you had a wonderful time and that your family enjoyed seeing the bears—it's always a memorable part of visiting the Smokies! We sincerely apologize for the delayed check-in and the miscommunication regarding your door code. We understand how frustrating that must have been after your travels, and we'll use your feedback to improve our communication process. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even smoother stay next time.
