Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen

Zu einer perfekten Bewertung müssten die Matrazen und Bettwaren dringend gereinigt bzw. erneuert werden (teilweise mit großen Urinflecken). Wir sahen das erst beim Auszug, als wir die Bettwäsche abnahmen. 2 Schlafzimmer ohne Heizung/Air condition. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu meckern, schöne Lage reichlich ausgestattete Küche, sonstige Sauberkeit der Zimmer war gut. Ideal zum Wandern in den Alpillen. Man kann vom Haus aus loslaufen. Bus von Arles hält um die Ecke (alle 2 Stunden auch Sonntag)

Perfect Provence house stay

We enjoyed staying at Gilles’s house very much. The house is very well equipped (less the air conditioning but this is very rare in France anyway, instead there are several fans and a room is equipped with a ceiling fan), three bedrooms on the ground floor and a beautiful one that is spacious upstairs, it also has its own terrace to sunbathe or enjoy the view over the landscape. The house is walking distance (~5,10 min) to the beautiful Paradou village’s main area (with a very nice market on Tuesday mornings), only 2,3 km to the village of Maussane les Alpilles (which has a fantastic public pool, markets, good restaurants, anything you may need). From the house, you’re close to the beautiful villages of Mouriès (which has a fantastic bakery “le fournil de Mouriès”), the amazing. Baux de Provence (go there very early in the morning to avoid the crowds), Maussane, and a perfect place to explore the Alpilles region (Saint Rémy de Provence, Eygalières, etc.). The communication with Gilles and Lydia is very good, they are very fast to answer any question and they are flexible. I hope to stay again at Giles’s place. Highly recommending staying at Gilles’s place.

Des vacances parfaites!

Super séjour! La maison est encore plus spacieuse que sur les photos. Nous avons passer 10 jours magnifiques a profiter du soleil sur la terrasse et de l'incroyable beauté des environs de Paradou. De la culture à la nature, il y en a pour tous les goûts! Un grand merci a Gilles et Lydia!

Comentar que la casa está bien para 8 personas con buena distribución, entorno agradable y bien situada. Pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Solo toallas de ducha, ninguna para el lavabo.

Exquisite Provencal, with comfortable living and beautiful views

Our family of 6 really enjoyed this spacious house with authentic Provencal style and two terraces with beautiful views. As the weather was quite hot, we got more use of the top terrace for relaxing at night and stargazing. We found the location perfect for exploring several major sites of Provence - Arles, Avignon, Pont du Gard, Luberon. And we enjoyed learning about Les Alpilles and Les Baux de Provence with the innovative immersive art experience in Carrières de Lumières.

Nos vacances.

Maison bien située dans le triangle Avignon-Arles-salon de Provence, pal mal de balade en vélo et à pieds, agréable et spacieuse maison pour plusieurs couples, la cuisine un peu petite mais en Provence on vit dehors. Endroit calme et un peu à l'écart du centre. Propriétaire très compréhensif et très bonne communication. C'était la deuxième fois que nous louions cette maison.

Très belle région dans le triangle Avignon-Arles-Salon de Provence, pas mal de belle ballade à vélo ou à pieds. Maison bien située, un peu à l'écart dans un cartier tranquille, spacieuse et bien agencée pour plusieurs couples, cuisine un peu petite mais en Provence on vit dehors. Propriétaire très compréhensif et sérieux, très bonne communication.

"Sehr angenehme Lage, Haus geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Bezugsperson war sehr liebenswürdig und unkompliziert. Wir haben schöne Tage in le Paradou verbracht! Sogar eine Heizung ist vorhanden - wunderbar! Es waren kühle aber schöne Frühlingstage!"
