Lovely week in Palavas Les Flots

We had a great week in the property. The owner was helpful on arrival and we were very pleased with the accommodation. It had a lovely outdoor courtyard which we used for dining. It was also very close to the restaurants and shops in the town. We had a great holiday and would recommend the property.

Super séjour chez Sylvie. Le bien est très bien situé près plage et commerces pas besoin de la voiture. La maison est très bien équipée, très bien décorée avec un extérieur bien sympathique. Notre hôte est disponible et à l’écoute. Je recommande à 200%.

Guy R.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de huit jours dans cette maison, bien située au cœur de la station et proche des commerces et plages. Décorée avec sobriété mais goût sur le thème de la mer et de la pêche, elle offre de beaux espaces intérieurs, très lumineux, très propre et bien équipés. Sa cour-jardin est plaisante pour prendre ses repas, profiter du barbecue ou se délasser dans les transats à disposition. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié à notre arrivée l'accueil de notre hôtesse et sa disponibilité lors de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison est pour un séjour sans surprises.

La maison cocooning.

Cette maison de pêcheur est un ravissement pour les yeux. Elle est décorée avec soin et l’on s’y sent tout de suite bien. La propreté est au rendez-vous et on ne manque de rien, tout est bien pensé. Le petit jardin est très agréable. Notre hôte, Sylvie est une personne très accueillante et agréable. Elle est très disponible. Cette maison est idéalement située, près de la plage et du centre ville. Je ne peux que recommander vivement cette location. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

Wir sind begeistert die Gastgeberin Sylvie war super freundlich und nett! Obwohl wir nicht die Sprache beherrschten hat sie sich viel Mühe gegeben um einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Sie Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sogar eine senseo Maschine war vorhanden. Alles super sauber. Vielen Dank das wir dort 9 wundervoll entspannte Tage verbringen durften. Wifi gab es nicht und deutsches Fernsehen gab es nicht. Daher sollte man einen Stick mitnehmen den man ans fernsehen anschließen kann. Restaurant und Strand keine 5 Minuten. Bäckerei und Geschäfte hatte sogar am Wochenende auf. Lg Marita und Sascha

War superschön

Die Lage der Wohnung zentral im Ort (ca. 5min Fußweg zum Strand und ca. 2min zu den Einkaufsstraßen) ideal. Die Wohnung ausreichend für 4 Personen und funktional eigerichtet, mit einem eigenen abgegrenzten Hinterhof (mit viel Sonne ;) ). WLAN funktioniert leider nur über einen Adapter und leider fehlt auch ein Fenster im 2.Schlafzimmer. Die Verständigung mit der Besitzerin funktionierte auf Französisch sehr gut. Einziges großes Manko war die Parkplatzsituation: direkt hinter dem Haus ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz (€35 die Woche, aber das Ticket gilt dann im ganzen Viertel !!) ; gegenüber ein großer kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz der 3x die Woche morgens ab 5 Uhr (bis ca. 14 Uhr) für den Markt reserviert ist. Das kostenlose (kameraüberwachte) Parkhaus ca. 500m weg. Also am besten kurz vor dem Haus parken, ausladen und dann den Parkplatz suchen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est hyper bien située et très fonctionnelle, vous êtes littéralement a deux pas de tout (commerces, canaux, plage, restos, etc). La propriétaire très accueillante et vous donne des bons conseils. La maison se prête bien pour une petite famille genre 2 adultes et deux enfants.

Logement fonctionnel et bien placé

Appartement de plein pied avec une grande terrasse. Malheureusement en hiver, le soleil n’y rentre pas tout comme le reste de l’appartement. Une grande chambre parentale et chambre « placard « (pas de fenêtre ni de place. Seulement un lit) accessible seulement pour des enfants. La salle d’eau est seulement accessible par la chambre des parents mais reste fonctionnelle. Logement au calme, proche de toutes les commodités. Parking gratuit à quelques minutes à pied ou payant devant la maison.

Herbst in der Camarque

Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieterin.An- und Abreise waren total unkompliziert. Das Häuschen war liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Die komplett private Terrasse lädt auch im Herbst zum Verweilen ein und der Mann hatte dort seine Freude mit dem Grill ;-). Auch unser großer aber ruhiger Hund durfte dabei sein. Nebenan wohnt ein nettes älteres Ehepaar und die Lage ist mittendrin. Deswegen ist es nicht sooo ruhig - aber alle Geschäfte,Restaurants und der Strand sind in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, was wir klasse fanden. Was die Ausstattung angeht war alles vorhanden um einfache Gerichte zuzubereiten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche: alles da! Super! Parken: kein privater Parkplatz- aber zum Ausladen kann man ruhig vor der Tür halten und in 200 Meter Entfernung ist ein großes, öffentliches kostenloses Parkhaus. Das WLAN war so Làlà- der Teenie war nicht ganz glücklich damit. Für uns kein Problem! Einfach ein paar Spiele mitnehmen und die Abende sind gerettet; hat auch bei uns funktioniert😃Gerne urlauben wir wieder bei Sylvie

Une maison où tout est au rendez-vous pour passer un séjour agréable

Cette maison entièrement de plein pieds est située au cœur du village, à deux pas des commerces et de la plage. Sylvie, la propriétaire, est très disponible et hyper gentille. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de soin, d’une propreté impeccable et calme malgré son emplacement très central (double vitrage). Je tiens enfin à souligner que Sylvie accepte les animaux ce qui est extrêmement rare dans une location aussi bien tenue.

La propriétaire est très arrangeante et flexible quant à l’arrivée et au départ. L’état de l’appartement est propre, très bien situé. Malheureusement la météo n’a pas été au rendez-vous nous étions en pleine tempête! Vraiment dommage. Je recommande cet appartement!
