Beautiful beachfront home, custom touches throughout, chic coastal décor and spacious bedrooms make this home extraordinary! The great room has plenty of space for those who want to kick back and watch a movie, those who prefer to play a board game, and those puzzle lovers assembling an ocean scene, and all can keep in touch with those preparing a simple snack or a seafood feast. Meal service is a breeze with ample seating at the huge dining table and overflow at the breakfast bar. The bedrooms, appointed with beautiful bedding and cozy comfort in mind, will make for restful sleeping to the sound of the gulf waves. Then there's the fabulous deck and downstairs your morning coffee while rocking to the sound of seagulls heralding the rising sun, play a cut-throat game of hearts at the pub table on the deck in the heat of the afternoon, then top off your day by gathering round the downstairs wet bar, complete with ambient lighting and built in sink, for a BBQ feast and revel in how the sunset paints the sky.

This is the result of the uncertainty following the storm where some property owners elected to participate in the government buy out of lots that fell in what later would be considered within the vegetation line established by the State of Texas and subsequently included as part of the public beach. Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.
