Grand T3 (96 m2). Very bright, ideally situated behind the church Saint-Laurent. We are between the Old harbor and the business district of Docks. We are 10 mn on foot of an archeological site. Panoramic view on the basilica Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde and the Old harbor. Restaurants, walked, théatre, cinemas, museum, subway and bus, allocates small tourist trains and taken out boats in some minutes on foot. Leaflets and spot available pratical information. Business of household soap and by-products in 5 mn on foot. Very quiet apartement.

Great Family Trip for Olympics

The flat is large and spacious with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We were a little apprehensive regarding no A/C but with plenty of fans and the big windows, it was quite pleasant inside. Location is a little away from the beaches but very close to the port and local amenities (restaurants, shops, etc). The view was stunning! You can see the port and up the hill to the Notre Dame de La Garde. At night, it was breathtaking! An improvement would have been to have A/C in the bedrooms. From a design and aesthetics perspective, could use some updates. I would recommend this apartment.

Super vue, bien placé et de l’espace

Les propriétaires nous ont gentiment accueillis dans leur grand appartement bien équipé et fort bien placé. Deux belles chambres et un grand salon en L qui permet d’utiliser les deux B-Z sans se gêner… nous étions six personnes et c’était vraiment impeccable. Tout près du Mucem, vue sur le vieux port et notre Dame de la Garde, des bons restos à moins de cinq minutes à pieds… et un coin plutôt calme… Franchement super pour une escapade Marseillaise de quelques jours! On y reviendra avec plaisir.

Un séjour parfait

Un appartement parfait, on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux. Nous étions 8 étudiantes qui pour la plupart n’avaient jamais visité Marseille et ce quartier, le panier et cet appartement furent un énorme coup de cœur. Avec vue sur le vieux port et sur Notre Dame de la Garde, à deux pas du Mucem, nous étions comblées. Un appartement très bien aménagé avec lave vaisselle, machine à laver, télévision, enceinte, plus de 4 ventilateurs.... La véranda était incroyable, une pièce avec une vue sur tout Marseille, spacieuse et plus qu’agréable. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et bienveillants, je vous recommande vivement ! Merci énormément !

Trés bon séjour

Pour améliorer l'espace "Repas", revoir les table et chaises, et revoir aussi les stores. En cuisine, prévoir des poêles anti-adhésives et prévoir des essuie-mains et des essuie-vaisselle. Ce sont de simples observations pour bonifier un séjour que nous avons toutefois très apprécié.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und genialer Lage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist toll, man kann gut in der Loggia sitzen. Es gibt genügend Platz und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Mr Maurin. L'appartement est bien situé, spacieux , très clair, les repas dans la loggia, avec vue sur le port, très agréables. Bien équipé jusqu'au torchons et gants de toilettes. Restaurants, transports à proximité Un seul petit regret, le bruit de la rue pour la personne qui a dormi dans un des canapés du salon.

Nous avons passé 4 jours de rêve dans la belle ville de notre enfance. Nous sommes venus de Paris avec un couple d'amis qui ne connaissaient pas la ville, et cet appartement a eu tous les avantages souhaités pour une première visite de Marseille : sa localisation (à proximité de nombreux lieux remarquables), sa vue magnifique, son calme la nuit, son ensoleillement le matin, son agencement intérieur... (Et j'en oublie sûrement!) De plus, Nos hôtes furent particulièrement prévenants, accueillants et aimables. Logement à conseiller où nous serions ravis de revenir!

Magnifique!

Cet appartement est une des plus agréables surprises de Homelidays: nous avons trouvé la réalité bien mieux que les photos. Appartement propre, décoré avec goût, Lumineux et spacieux, Idéalement situé, sans bruit et pourtant si près du port, il nous a offert à Marseille un point de départ stratégique et optimal pour tous les lieux à visiter, les commerces, les restaurants du Panier. Pour nous aucune fausse note, que de bonnes surprises. Propriétaires prévenants et au petits soins, nous y reviendrons à 4 à la place de 8 cette fois pour mieux découvrir la cité phocéenne.

Alloggio stra consigliato. A due passi dal porto vecchio, dai locali e dai vicoli del graziosissimo quartiere de Le panier. Fermate dei mezzi di trasporto pubblici a meno di 5 minuti (dalla stazione di St.Charles si può prendere l'82s). Primo piano, ma con una veranda angolare (spaziossima) piena di luce dalla vista MERAVIGLIOSA (solo questa basta per convincersi a soggiornare qui). I proprietari: marito e moglie gentilissimi e premurosi, unica pecca, l'inglese che non parlano! ma tra gesti e finto francese siamo riusciti a capirci senza problemi. In casa c'è tutto come descritto dall'annuncio, compresi the, caffè, qualcosa per fare colazione, asciugamani, lenzuola, phon, guide, tv ultrapiatta gigantesca (chi l'ha mai acceso?!) Internet wi fi e ciabatte per non far rumore ché, a quanto pare, i signori di sotto non sopportano i tacchi. I letti delle 2 camere comodi (quelli dei divani letto non li abbiamo provati), la cucina è nuova con tanto di piastra ad induzione. Tutto è pulito e ordinato. Insomma...non si può non prenotare qui! :) Accommodation higly recommended. Very close to the old port, very close to the places to eat or drink in the alleys of the nice district of Le panier. Links to the public transport in less than 5 minutes (from St.Charles station you can take the 82s). First floor, but with an angular very bright veranda (very large) with a WONDERFUL view (only this is enough to convince you to stay here). The owners: husband and wife, kind and considerate, only flaw, who do not speak English! but throught gestures and bad French we were be able to understand each other. In the house there is everything as described by the announcement, including the, coffee, something for breakfast, towels, bed linens, hair dryer, guides, very big ultra-thin TV (never turned on during the holidays!) Wi fi and slippers for not making any noise because , apparently, the tenants of the downstairs do not like heels :). The beds of the 2 bedrooms were comfortable (there are also 2 sofa beds, but we haven't tested them), new kitchen complete with induction plate. Everything clean and tidy. Well .. you can not book here! :)

"We stayed as two couples in this lovely apartment. The property owners were very prompt to welcome us to the apartment and very friendly. The apartment is in great condition and is very comfortable, with a lovely aspect overlooking the Vieux Port up to the Notre Dame de la Garde church in the distance. The apartment contains everything needed for a relaxing stay and its location is great, an easy walk to the many restaurants at the Vieux Port and only a few minutes longer into the main shopping centre although there are plenty of corner shops in close vicinity for any small groceries. We especially liked how close it was to the free ferry crossing the port. In general we found Marseille to be a relaxing and laid back destination, enhanced by this convenient and excellent value apartment. We recommend it! ******************* Nous avons séjourné comme deux couples dans cette apartement très agréable. Les propriétaires été tres prompt pour nous accueillons et très amicable. L''apartement est dans un état bien et est très confortable, avec une belle vue donner sur le Vieux Port et l''eglise Notre Dame de la Garde dans le lointain. L''apartement a un emplacement idéal et a tout pour un séjour reposant, il y a beaucoup des restos au Vieux Port à pied et est moins de 10 minutes à la centre commercial, et il y a des épiceries plus près aussi. Nous avons aimé surtout que c''était pres de le bac gratuit que traverse le port. En general, nous avons trouvé que Marseille est une destination reposant et tranquille, amélioré par cette apartement pratique et grande valeur, nous le recommandons!"

Seul inconvénient: la salle de bain est divisée en deux: dans une chambre il ya une douche et un lavabo; dans une autre pièce est la toilette :( "
