Very lovely stay. Great location for visiting entire island. Place to relax in the afternoon after beach time. Super pool. Hosts are excellent / friendly. No air-conditioning.. but this is a simple villa and part of the charm. Plenty of fans to keep you cool. My kids and I really enjoyed our time here.

I absolutely loved Vicente and Ana’s villa. It was exactly what I was looking for while visiting Ibiza.I wanted a relaxing vacation with a private pool, away from the busiest parts of the island, and this villa was the perfect fit. If you are looking for a peaceful place to unwind while still being able to visit the beaches, ports, and nearby areas in the evenings, this is a great choice.In hindsight, I probably would have rented a car because the island is very accessible, but we were still able to get around using Uber, WhatsApp taxi contacts, and TaxiClick, the local taxi service. We found Uber to be the most reliable option.My friends and I also visited the local grocery store and stocked up on food for the week. The villa had everything we needed to prepare full meals, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing.I highly recommend Vicente and Ana’s place for anyone looking for rest, relaxation, privacy, and a peaceful Ibiza experience.

Lovely house close to the hustle & bustle of Ibiza

Lovely house, secluded swimming pool with afternoon/evening sunshine. We really liked the location since it's very quiet but also close to everything you want to do in Ibiza! The pool was awesome, the cat lovely and the house was all fine.

Great house with a perfect host

I am visiting Ibiza every summer since last 8 years. After many house rentals in different part of the island I can assure you that this place was the best out of all of them. Host is super friendly and professional and the place is exactly as it's listed. Top ratings from our side!

Lovely litttle villa but could do better

Owner lovely and met us at a petrol station and took us to the villa. Spotlessly clean with good amenities but misses an oven which would make a huge difference. I think a bit more effort with the living room would also be good. It is a little dated and would benefit from some attention. A comfortable sofa would also hugely improve the villa. We didn't catch the best weather but that didn't put my daughter off using the pool. Pool was very clean and sizeable enough. Location may not be ideal for some, quite off the beaten track from the main road but close enough to enable a quick journey to San Antonio and a large supermarket was only 5 minutes drive. Overall a good stay and thank you.

Pleasantly surprised!

We booked this accom for the price and the fact it had a pool to yourself. It is a little bit out of town but then you’re already halfway to the nice beaches on the west side of the island and close to night clubs if that’s what you’re chasing. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a really nice garden and it was a better vibe in person. It is a little dated, but if this is your budget then you can’t go wrong comparing to a small unit in town. We left the properly feeling like it was our new home after having an awesome stay in Ibiza. The pool was refreshing and clean, washing machine was ace, and wifi was fast. Aircon and oven are the only two things that were missing. Please note there is a security system as I imagine Vicente likes to keep an eye on the property when it’s not used. For peace of mind you can cover up the lens’ by sliding the covers up. It was nice to have this though when we ventured out in town knowing our gear was safe. Please feed the friendly neighbourhood cat. His name is Kitty and he is the nicest cat you’ll ever meet. Hire a car as you’ll need it, but we also got buses out front on the highway and even hailed cabs at 11pm. Thanks Vicente!

Fantastic stay. Lovely location and amazing hosts.

We had a perfect family stay at the villa. We found the villa very clean and comfortable and positioned in a great location to (further) discover the beautiful island. We cannot understand some of the negative reviews around the villa. The photos perfectly document the villa which yes, is mainly dark wood!! To ourselves, this represented a traditional villa. The main thing being the villa was clean, tidy and functional. There is no oven but we prepared many meals perfectly in the adequately equipped kitchen ….. and without the need of an oven!! The villa is a good size throughout and plenty of storage for clothes etc. The living area is comfortable but we spent no time in there due to the beautiful, very private outdoor space with the pool, and far reaching amazing views of the distant hills!The outdoor space is the jewel of this villa. Comfortably loungers with great parasols which created (as we found we needed at times), some perfect shade. The pool was lovely, clean and a great size. We bought some inflatables with us for the pool which added even more fun for dad and Eloise !! The villa sits at the end of a road and is in a very private location. A nearby property does have chickens roaming ..including a cockerel.. Perfect for an early morning alarm clock to get you up and in the pool for a pre-breakfast swim!Our final notes are saved for the perfect hosts. Vicente and his daughter Ana were amazing. A massive THANK YOU x Nothing to small and great recommendations.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll waren die Ruhe und natürlich der eigene Pool, einfach traumhaft zum Entspannen. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Es war beeindruckend sauber, keine spinnweben/ insekten/ dreck in den ecken.Der Pool war hübsch ,riesengross und sehr tief an der leider zu kalt, sodass wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Es gab viele Gartenmöbel, sodass man toll draußen essen konnte. Zwei überdachte Terrassen boten- in unserem Falle Schutz vor Regen- sonst vor Sonne. Das Haus war sehr kühl, im Sommer sicher ideal. Das mobiliar zweckmässig, aber älter. Das Bad hell und freundlich. Es gibt keinen Backofen und keine Kaffeemaschine.

Sehr schöne, kleine, super saubere Finca für 4 Personen, mit großem Pool. Wir waren Mitte Mai da und es war perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Man hört nur Vögel und den Hahn und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen. Im Hochsommer könnte es warm werden, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt brauchten wir keine. Gerne wieder!

Wat hebben wij genoten van dit vakantiehuis.Huisje is schoon en het zwembad is top. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.De woning ligt wat afgelegen en biedt veel privacy. Daarom is een auto huren wel noodzakelijk. Helaas hebben wij het niet getroffenen met het weer. Maar mochten we nog eens terug komen dan maken we graag weer gebruik van deze woning. Wij vinden het een echte aanrader.

Zeer leuk opgezet huisje met een fijn zwembad. Je hebt de doorgaande snelweg van eivissa naar sant Antoni. Het huisje ligt aan die weg, je rijdt via een zandweg naar huisje, ongeveer een route van 400 meter. Zwembad niet heel groot maar ook niet klein, prima om baantjes in te trekken of met kinderen in te spelen. De eigenaar en zijn dochter zijn erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Séjour incroyable chez Vincente !

Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos : propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter d’Ibiza, que ce soit pour se détendre ou faire la fête. Vincente a été un hôte exceptionnel, toujours disponible et plein de bonnes recommandations. On reviendra sans hésiter !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Die Lage war genau richtig. Ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse und trotzdem war alles auf Ibiza schnell erreichbar. Im Ort, der zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar ist, waren einige Restaurants und Geschäfte. Einziges Manko war, dass im Ferienhaus keine richtige Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war . Der Gastgeber Vicente war sehr freundlich.
