You will appreciate the big terrace of 40 m2 full south and the well sheltered garden of 250 m2.

Visit to Normandy

Property was clean, well kept and offered all the amenities. The owners were so accommodating with lots of communication before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property!!

Séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement fonctionnel, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût et d’une impeccable propreté. Le tout donnant sur un grand jardin extérieur avec vue sur la promenade et la plage. Idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied de tout.Jean-Philippe et Anne ont pensé à tout, furent disponibles, des plus serviables et arrangeants jusqu’à nous accompagner à la gare.Un grand merci pour tout !Nous reviendrons.

Belle semaine à Cabourg

Beau séjour d'une semaine à 4 dans ce logement idéalement situé, à la fois proche de la mer et du centre-ville commerçant. Logement très propre, lumineux, calme, et bien équipé. Terrasse plein sud abritée du vent. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ravi de notre séjour dans cet appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé par rapport à la plage et au centre ville. Dommage que le lit parental ne soit pas un 160/200 sinon ce la location serait juste parfaite. Propriétaire très sympathique et très à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon emplacement !

Très bonne adresse, les propriétaires sont très agréables et facilement joignables. Vraiment pas loin du centre de cabourg et un accès à la promenade Marcel Proust sans avoir à traverser de rue c'est parfait pour une famille avec enfants ! La terrasse très ensoleillée toute la journée. Vraiment chouette !

Communication très facile et facilités d’arrivée et de départ. L’appartement est très bien situé à proximité immédiate du centre et de la plage. Le jardin permet de passer de très bons moments et de temporiser avec les enfants le temps de se préparer. Très proche de tout

L'appartement était très propre et conforme à la description et aux photos. L'emplacement est idéal, on a tout fait à pieds. La plage est juste devant l'appartement, super pratique avec les enfants. Le centre ville avec ses commodités était également tout proche, nous faisions tout à pieds avec notre petit dernier de 4 ans sans que ca pose souci. Entre 10 et 15min pour accéder au centre ville à pieds, 4min en voiture. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et réactifs pour nos demandes...et de très bons conseils sur les restos ;) Il y a aussi un garage en sous sol, très pratique quand on vient avec ses vélos. Bref, un très bon séjour !

Appartement avec jardin, le long de la mer, idéal pour un séjour avec de jeunes enfants.

Très agréable séjour avec mise à disposition par les propriétaires qui nous ont accueillis, de leur appartement familial (jeux pour enfants, livres et vélos). Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous conseillons cette location.

super leuk gelegen met zicht(zij) op Zee

Fijne woning, beetje vol, en niet helemaal goed schoon, maar de vriendelijkheid vd eigenaren maakt veel goed. Gebruik v fietsen was erg fijn! 4 min fietsen naar centrum!! Heerlijke tuin, waar we nog goed, uit de wind in de zon konden zitten.

Très bel emplacement et propriétaire arrangeant

Bonne expérience générale et bon contact (nous avons pu repartir plus tard dans la journée). Emplacement idéal sur le bord de mer. Mais quelques réserves sur la propreté (imparfaite), beaucoup de mobilier un peu vétuste, et des détails de logistique peu pratiques (ex. couettes de 200x200 pour tous les lits simples, sur lesquels aucun de nos draps n'était compatible).

Weniger wäre mehr

Cabourg ist als Stätdchen mit seinem Markt, der Einkaufssstraße und dem wunderschönen Strand einfach herrlich - und die Wohnung liegt wirklich schön. Ich bin mir sicher, dass es kaum Apartments in Cabourg gibt, die besser liegen - nur leider sind das Apartmenthaus insgesam und auch die Wohnung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wohnzimmer ist zur Hälfte Schlafzimmer, im Bad kann man sich kaum umdrehen und ein Zimmer steht komplett mit Etagenbetten voll. Ein bisschen wie in der Jugendherberge, nur beengter. Es gibt ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Es gibt eine Küche, in der sich wirklich alles findet. So weit so gut. Wer also das Glück hat, in der Normandie auf gutes Wetter zu treffen und die Bude nur zum Schlafen braucht: alles super. Bei Regen aber fällt einem vor lauter Kruscht schnell die Decke auf den Kopf. Oder irgendwelches Gerödel...

On a passé une semaine très agréable. L'appartement très bien équipé ,très bien situé et cerise sur le gâteau un soleil magnifique. Cabourg est une belle ville. On a apprécié la sympathie et la générosité des propriétaires. On espère bien retourner.

Appartement sympathique, 1 ou 2 apects à améliorer.

Appartement proche de la plage, assez spacieux et lumineux, globalement agréable. Il y manque cependant cruellement un four à micro-ondes qui pourrait y être aménagé avec un peu de réorganisation du plan de cuisine (à la rigueur il existe des petits modèles de fours à micro-ondes...). A noter également le manque d'accès pour personne à mobilité réduite ou poussette qui s'avère parfois agaçant lorsque l'on a des enfants. Il y a des petits plus sympathiques pour le confort comme la machine à café Nespresso ou la box internet+Tv. Une petite vue sur un coin de mer appréciable dans la salle principale.

Superbe appartement, bien exposé et proche de la plage.

En résumé, on "arrive" chez soi... dans un espace convivial et chaleureux. Des propriétaires très aimables et disponible si besoin est. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre la plage, la piscine très proche pour les cours de natation et le char à voile qui oblige à marcher sur cette superbe promenade. Nous souhaitons y revenir et la recommandons à nos amis.

Great stay @ the beach

We had a Great stay in This apartement just next to The beach. Beautiful weather, garden in which Our children could play, walking distance from the city center. Restaurant at 200 meters for coffee in the morning or dinner at night. Free parking place, lost of kitchen utensils for cooking and toys for the kids.

APPARTEMENT IDEALEMENT SITUE

Ravi de notre semaine passé dans cet appartement très bien conçu. Il est très agréable et fonctionnel. Le propriétaire a établi une notice d'arrivée et de départ qui facilite l'emménagement. La literie y est impeccable (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas, il est donc bon de le souligner) Le cadre est magnifique et est à proximité du centre ville, de la thalasso et cette promenade Marcel Proust est un régal pour les promenades (surtout avec enfants et petits enfants). Si nous devions faire juste une petite remarque : le ballon nous parait un peu juste au niveau débit d'eau chaude. Il nous est arrivé, après 2 douches, de ne plus avoir d'eau chaude pour la vaisselle. En été cela doit tout de même poser un problème. Mais rien ne nous arrêtera pour refaire un séjour dans ce lieu impeccable.

Wonderful flat

We had a great time in this flat. Cabourg is a wonderful town and the beaches are amazing. The flat is nicely decorated and very well equipped. We enjoyed the large garden with view of the sea and the terrace very much. We can definitely recommend a stay here.
