This property is located in a small fishermen's hamlet next to the Rance Maritime, in a protected site.
It has a large South oriented garden, with a rose garden as well as 2 shaded gardens. Large shaded areas.
The house, made of local stones and built during the 18th century was fully renovated.

Facing South - nice decoration- 2 floors:
Ground floor: Large living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom/ WC.
First floor: 2 bedrooms, spacious bathroom/ WC.

All mod cons: Fireplace insert, washing machine, a tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 3 televisions (1 in each bedroom) and video player, and 3 DVD players, fax, telephone (Internet connection available in the television lounge), garden furniture, sun beds, folding chairs, barbecue, etc.

For private use: Cellar, garage, car park, yard and garden (1400 sqm)
