Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis. Contact met eigenaar verliep prima. Hele rustige buurt. Ondanks dat het vliegveld dichtbij is hoor je hier niets van. Heerlijk compleet huis, prima keuken. De boom in de tuin geeft de gehele dag schaduw.Minpuntje vonden wij de badkamer. Die is wat meer gedateerd en de douchekop is aan vervanging toe. Douchen in bad is op zich prima maar we misten een douche scherm.En persoonlijk vonden wij 1 bank niet lekker zitten. Lijkt op een slaapbank. Maar we hebben hier een prima tijd gehad. Beveel het anderen zeker aan!

Villa de plein pied. Bonne disposition des pièces. 2 terrasses avec exposition différente donc repas pris à l ombre. Petite piscine hors sol pratique pour se rafraîchir. Quartier très calme. Clim très appréciable.

Calme, décoration soignée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est située dans une impasse donc aucun bruit. Elle est entourée d’un terrasse qui permet de profiter de l’extérieur à tout moment de la journée. Proche des commerces de Perols, du port de Carnon, de la ligne de Tramway de Montpellier, c’est un endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci à Florence qui nous a donné des bonnes idées de promenades. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Une belle maison nous y avons passé un sejour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour du début jusqu’à la fin. L'emplacement est très calme bien tenu, bien décoré et reste proche (5minutes en voiture) d'un grand nombre de commodités et animations, grandes surfaces, restaurants, karting, plages ... Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécier l'accueil et le suivie. Je recommande vivement.

Entspannung! Komfort! Französisches Lebensgefühl!

Wir sind als Familie mit drei Jugendlichen (11-15 Jahre alt) für 9 Tage in Pérols bei Florence zu Gast gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit Florence war sehr nett und unsere Gastgeberin ist extra früher zum Haus gekommen um uns alles zu erklären. Das Haus von Florence liegt wunderbar ruhig in einem kleinen französischen Ort. Zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrräder ist das nette Ortszentrum schnell zu erreichen, zu den Stränden gibt es Linienbusse, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto sind die verschiedensten Sandstrände gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele nette Orte, die man im Rahmen eines Tagesausflugs besuchen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich prima, jeden Tag war in einem der umliegenden Orte oder in Pérols selbst Markt, Supermärkte sind auch nicht weit. Nach Montpellier fährt man mit der Tram in 20 Minuten, das war auch für die Jugend allein machbar, so dass die Lage des Hauses eine gewisse Unabhängigkeit für alle Familienmitglieder bot. An der Station in Pérols stehen auch Leihfahrräder (velomagg) zur Verfügung. Wir durften netterweise die beiden Fahrräder von Florence nutzen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die drei Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und komfortabel und das Wohnzimmer stilvoll eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer und Toilette sind zwei unterschiedliche Räume, so dass es auch mit fünf Personen keine Warteschlagen vor dem Bad gab. Wir durften die Waschmaschine und den Grill benutzen, es gibt auch einen Trockner, aber wir nutzten lieber die Wäscheleine hinter der Garage, weil das Wetter so schön war. Wir haben eigentlich immer draußen auf der vorderen Terrasse (meistens unter der Markise) gegessen. Mit dem direkten Zugang zur Küche ist das Vorbereiten des Essens optimal. Die zweite Terrasse mit dem Pool bietet an heißen Tagen Schatten, oder auch die Möglichkeit, sich auf den bequemen Liegen zu sonnen und danach ein erfrischendes Bad im Pool zu nehmen. Durch die Mauer und die Bepflanzung bietet die Terrasse eine angenehme Privatsphäre. Wir waren von dem Haus wirklich begeistert und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Florence ist eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, es war schön, sie kennen zu lernen. Vielen Dank Florence! Merci beaucoup et à bientôt!

"Das Haus ist in einem Top zustand und super ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen absolut ideal. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen und Hauptstrasse absolut ruhig.Ideale Nähe zu Stränden und Ausflügen und ideal um abends noch nach Montpellier zu fahren. Werden dieses Haus sicher wieder buchen.Sehr hilfsbereite freundliche Vermieter."
