Better Than Described 5*

Spent a week here with my family in mid July and wanted to stay for another week ! Modern, clean, private and secure. The pool and outside areas are perfect, I highly recommend the property and definitely book to return.. Set in a quiet residential area less than 10 mins drive from St Cyprien beach.. there are choices of supermarkets all close by .. the perfect holiday home ! Carmen the host was friendly and welcoming.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette merveilleuse propriété ultra propre et confortable, décorée avec goût située dans un quartier très calme.La piscine est super bien et ensoleillée toute la journée.La situation géographique permet de visiter les bords de mer et la montagne facilement .Carmen est d’une gentillesse incroyable, à l’écoute de ses locataires et nous donne des coins à visiter ainsi que des très bonnes adresses de restaurant. Il n’y a vraiment rien à redire sur notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette jolie villa et cette superbe région !

Modernes und sehr gepflegtes Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette und gute Objektbetreuung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Zum Strand führen fantastische Radwege, der Ort bietet ausreichend viel, Bäcker, Weinlokal, Pizza und weitere Angebote waren fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Supermarkt und um das Umfeld zu erkunden wird das Auto unbedingt empfohlen.

Nous souhaitons remercier une nouvelle fois M et Mme Toledano pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. La maison colle parfaitement à la description, nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Elle est très belle, la décoration est de très bon goût, elle est très bien agencée, fonctionnelle et confortable, il ne manque rien. La piscine est géniale, ni trop grande ni trop petite et elle est chauffée, nous avons pu nous baigner sans compter. Je conseille cette location pour tout public même avec des enfants en bas âge car la piscine est très bien sécurisée. Nous espérons y retourner !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle villa très propre et très fonctionnelle. La piscine chauffée et clôturée est un véritable plus. Située au calme et à 10 minutes de tout. L’accueil chaleureux avec des fruits et une bouteille de rosé fût apprécié. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, un accueil de mme toledano incroyable, une maison de rêve, très propre et super équipée ( électroménager , mobilier au top et tout ce qu il faut pour un bebe: chaise haute et lit...) avec une superbe piscine!!!! La maison est à 20min de la jonquera, 5min d argeles et 10min de collioure: le paradis!!! Un grand merci à mme toledano! Nous reviendrons c est sur!!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Alénya, le quartier est très calme. Très belle villa, très bien équipée. Superbe piscine, très bien exposée, ensoleillée toute la journée. La plage est rapidement accessible en voiture. La propriétaire est très accueillante et arrangeante. Lieu idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Super séjour dans une maison tout confort

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, super accueil de la propriétaire, très avenante avec ses locataires en offrant des fruits et du vin de la région. Maison très agréable, très bien aménagée et très propre , rien ne manque. La piscine chauffée (en moyenne 29 à 30°) est vraiment un plus et surtout très propre , on voit que tout est bien entretenu. Idéalement placée, cela permet de visiter les environs. Village agréable, avec à proximité les commerces (boulangeries, presse, pharmacie...). Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme. Adresse à retenir et nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine. Merci Mr et Mme Toledano pour votre accueil.
