Awesome condo!

Great view, right on the beach! Every bedroom had it's own bathroom! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and even let us check in a few hours early. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location on the beach!

This was a wonderful condo, excellent location in Gulf Shores, with amazing views right on the deck of the ocean. Everything was perfect! I can’t think of one suggestion. I would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a family vacation. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus having a few teenage girls along.

We loved it

It had enough space for everyone to comfortably sleep. And we do a lot of deck sitting and I LOVED that there was enough seating for all of us to be out there. Communication with the owner was excellent. We only had one issue with a closet door being off when we got there but I notified her as soon as we arrived - when she text to check in and make sure everything was good for our check in. Highly recommend to location, and the owner.

All the comforts of home

This condo had everything you need and more! Some of the many conveniences include the Keurig, crockpot, toaster, grilling tools, hairdryer, pots and pans and a variety of bakeware! If you have a baby, there is even a pack and play! We enjoyed time on the beach and waking up to the sound of the water! We even saw stingrays swimming from our balcony! We talked to Karen and she was extremely helpful and accommodating! We will be back!

This is my new home away from home!!

This condo more than met our needs and expectations! The view is amazing! It was exceptionally clean and well equipped! The pool, hot tub, and access to the beach were great. The communication with Karen was exceptional. We had a very minor issue with linens that was resolved immediately. We had 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and a toddler and we were all very comfortable. Loved having the 3 bathrooms and full laundry facilities. The location was great and it was really easy to get around even though we arrived during the shrimp fest. We will definitely be booking this condo again next year and hopefully be making memories her for years to come.

College Spring Break

We travelled with our college age daughter and her friends down to Gulf Shores during one of the craziest times of the year, Spring Break! From the beginning of the rental process the owners were amazing to work with, quick to respond to emails and phone calls. The check in/out process was simple and painless. The condo itself was the nicest beach condo we have ever stayed in. It is in an excellent location, corner unit, lower floor, easy to access, with great views, all around excellent. The units were insulated extremely well, we could not hear anything once inside our condo. The owners provided information about things to do in the area and places to eat, great tips. The staff and security personnel were always visible and available to assist with any of our needs or questions. The spring break crowd brought many challenges for the Gulf Shores community but the staff at Crystal Shores was prepared and did not let anyone's vacation get ruined by irresponsible teenagers. We felt very lucky to be staying there. We will visit Gulf Shores again and we hope to get lucky enough to rent this unit on our return!! Thanks for an excellent week!

Excellent property with beach right outside back door of condo and nice pool and hot tub. It is within walking distance of lots of fun things and shopping. Patio overlooks the beach and the kitchen was well stocked. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. We had 6 adults and had a fantastic time there.

Karen did a wonderful job keeping us informed prior to the trip. The condo was super! Only complaint is the floor turned bare feet black. Maybe a new mop head? Other than that everything was great! We look forward to booking with Karen again!

Crystal Shores West is a luxury condominium built in 2006 located on the beautiful beach of Gulf Shores. You'll have breath taking views of the Gulf and all its beauty. The spacious wrapped around private balcony (accessible from master bedroom or living room) lets one truly enjoy the ultimate beauty of Gulf Shores. It is located near shopping, The Hangout and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. The units are larger/wider/newer and more up scale than the 'normal rental units.'
