Friendly lady handed us the keys and wished us a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean. We cooked dinner both nights and had no problems. There is a grocery store and a gas station next door which is nice. The town was charming and all within walking distance. I would stay here again.

A lovely quiet holiday location

Really enjoyed the daily fresh fish market, very French, unspoilt location. Good for visiting Normandy beaches. Village has all the amenities needed.

Wonderful Apartment to Stay In

I was going to give the accuracy of the online listing a 2 star because the pictures online do not do this lovely apartment justice. It is clean, spacious, has great views from the balcony and is in an excellent spot for visiting the Normandy area. Regine was wonderfully pleasant and friendly upon arrival and departure. The apartment block is clean and welcoming. The supermarket across the street is ideal for picking up all your essentials for your stay. The town, a very short walk away, has all you'll need for eating out, a few drinks, or even just for a wander around the marina. Lovely place to stay - highly recommended Thank you

Very quiet and very clean appartment

We did spend a short week in the appartment. The residence les jardins consists of 3 identical buildings. This appartment is situated in the middle. It is very well looked after and clean. A big advantage are the blinds in front of all windows. This makes the rooms very dark and gives you the possibility to sleep well. We have never heard any neighbour noise and had a very quiet stay. There is a big supermarkt right next to the residence and a bus stop (Bus Verts ligne 70) in front of the residence. Grandcamp Maisy is a nice little village with 2 good bakeries a couple of nice restaurants and a lovely daily fish market.

Zum Glück nur für 2 Nächte

Leider erst vor Ort entdeckt, Wohnung in der 2. Etage ist. Kann das in der Beschreibung nicht finden. Aber wir hätten vorher fragen können. Unser Pech! Und irgendwie haben wir aus den Bilder interpretiert, dass wir quasi auf den Hafen schauen. Aber das ist falsch! Der Parkplatz ist etwas neben dem Haus und wir mussten alles zur Tür bringen, hochtragen. Das die Wohnung nicht so groß ist, war uns klar. Aber sie ist nicht gemütlich, überladen und geschmacklos und ohne Liebe eingerichtet. In der Küche hauptsächlich Plastik. Viele Teller, sehr wenige Tassen. Es wirkt, als wäre alles, was man selbst nicht braucht oder übrig hat, in die Wohnung gestellt worden. Selbst die Bilder an der Wand und die Möbel. Zu dem Küche nicht sauber. Neben dem Besteck lag benutze Zahnbürste, viele Besteck- und Geschirrteile nicht wirklich sauber. Die Gläser im offenen Fach waren fettig und staubig. Es gab einen uralten Korkenzieher. Keine passenden Deckel zu den Töpfen, alte Pfannen. Es herrschte in den meisten Schränken Chaos. Zwischen den Einzelbetten stehen 2 unterschiedliche Nachtschränkchen übereinander. Aus dem Bett kann man nicht hoch greifen, keinen Wecker sehen oder sonst sinnvoll etwas abstellen. Noch schlimmer die Zudecke. Eine Tagesdecke, darunter 2 unterschiedliche Wolldecken (gewaschen?), dann ein Bettuch. Als Kopfkissen war eine Rolle bezogen. Das Doppelbett unangenehme synthetische Wäsche, roch stark parfümiert. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt, aber es nicht mitgeteil wegen Sprache.

La réalité de ce logement : vue du séjour sur un immeuble en face et de la chambre sur la campagne Un balcon long et étroit duquel on peut voir la mer au loin sur le côté. Ambiance intérieure plutôt du passé. Appartement trop encombré vieux électro ménager : lave vaisselle en panne, cafetière entartrée, lave linge à revoir, radiateurs 1 sur 5 fonctionne, Conclusion : ne mérite pas le tarif appliqué.

Alors là vous n y êtes pas allés de main morte. Premier commentaire de toutes ces années de meublé de tourisme, aussi cassant. A propos du lave vaisselle je vous ai proposé le lendemain de votre arrivée de remplacer la petite pièce que je venais de recevoir, vous m avez répondu, on fait très peu de vaisselle, ne vous dérangez pas.... La cafetière électrique récente, pourtant ! je vous ai apporté la mienne, pour vous satisfaire... Un simple détartrage a été suffisant . Le lave linge marche très bien. Franchement vous avez bien caché votre jeu. Vous me surprenez beaucoup là . Beaucoup de mauvaise foi, je n' en reviens pas.....

Très bonne situation pour visiter les plages et musées du débarquement sans être pris dans la foule, moins d'une demi-heure des sites. Autres activités faciles à trouver et proches. Vie au rythme de la mer en continu. Merci à Régine pour son accueil et la réponse à toutes nos sollicitations !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est a proximité de divers lieux touristiques, le village est agréable et très bien desservi. L'appartement est très bien équipé et sa description sur le site est conforme. La résidence est calme et agréable. Possibilité de nombreuses balade à pieds ou à vélo. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ainsi que nos 2 ados. Nous gardons en mémoire cette adresse pour de futures vacances. Communication avec l'hôte sans problème, bon contact, agréable et aidante en cas de besoin.
