renovated apartment earlier this year for 4 person max. 1st floor, ideal for those not wishing to use their cars (all the conveniences are within 150m of the rent). 2 bedrooms: one of 14m ² air conditioned, with a 140 bed, cupboard and overlooking the square Delannay, and a room of 9m ², with a 140 bed, overlooking the inner courtyard. terrace overlooking the square Delannay (lively, west facing (sun)). loggia overlooking roof terrace and courtyard facing south (sun in the morning until 14:00).

Appartement très bien situé proche de tous commerces et plage. Appartement conforme aux photos, vous pouvez tout faire à pied pas besoin de louer une voiture si vous souhaitez rester sur l île rousse de l aéroport de calvi prendre un taxi env 50 € . Location à recommander

Trés agréable séjour

Très bien situé, à la fois proche de la ville, des plages et des commerces.Intérieur agréable, sincèrement une adresse à conseiller et à communiquer autour de soi, tout çà pour un prix plus que raisonnable.

APPARTAMENTO FANTASTICO

Siamo tornati da poco dall'Ile Rousse, devo dire che la Corsica non delude mai....e soprattutto quest'anno siamo stati entusiastissimi dell'appartamento...nuovissimo, pulitissimo, che non è poco, comodissimo...soprattutto x chi ha bimbi piccoli....vicino a qualsiasi tipo di comodità...parcheggiato sotto casa e mai più mossa...anche perchè la spiaggia è vicino ed c'è un'acqua fantastica...CONSIGLIATISSIMO...prego non in agosto perchè vogliamo andarci ancora noi... : - ) : - ) Dopo tutte queste belle recensioni spero che il proprietario non aumenti il prezzo.... : - ) : - )

"L''appartamento è nuovis...

"L''appartamento è nuovissimo, molto carino e addirittura migliore della descrizione (si consiglia il proprietario di mettere sul sito delle foto migliori!). Sono presenti tutti i tipi di elettrodomestici. La posizione in paese è ottima: vicinissimo al supermercato e uscendo dalla porta si è in centro nella via con bar, negozi, forno, ristoranti... Il propietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Il posto è consigliabile anche per chi ha figli piccoli, noi siamo stati con due bambini (1 e 3 anni) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La spiaggia del paese è a due passi, carina anche se affollata, ma perfetta quando non ci si vuol muovere nelle vicine spiagge con la macchina o il trenino. The apartment is brand new, very nice and even better than the description (we recommend the owner to put on the site better photos!). There are all types of appliances. The position in the village is excellent: very close to the supermarket and walking out of the door you are in the center with bars, shops, bakery, restaurants ... The owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is also recommended for those with young children, we were with two children (1 and 3 years) and we had a great time. The town beach is within walking distance, pretty although crowded, but perfect when no one wants to move to nearby beaches by car or train."
