This one bedroom mountain home has great ski in/ski out accessibility and a central village location in four seasons Sun Peaks Mountain Resort. The fully outfitted kitchen is open to an inviting living room that leads to a spacious private patio with Southern exposure and views to McGilivray Creek and Mt. Morrisey. This bright condo has a cozy gas fireplace and has been upgraded with laminate floors throughout the main living area. High speed wireless internet and HD cable package included. Lodge amenities include an outdoor hot tub, heated underground parking, elevator, shared laundry, ski/bike storage, lobby with fireplace, in house restaurant, coffee shop and other retail outlets. Across the street from Sun Peaks recreation center that has a heated outdoor public pool. Outdoor skating is a short distance away.

You never have to use your car again once you park in the underground parking. Everything is within walking distance.

We choose this property for a few reasons, it is right in the resort village, has a great view of Mt Morrissey and the great set up of the condo. Easy access to skiing, golfing and hiking.
