The oceanfront bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with two twin beds as well as a full/double bed. For additional sleeping space, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Two large oceanfront screened porches. In 2025, the condo was updated with brand-new carpeting and all new mattresses to make your stay even more comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with a dishwasher, blender, Keurig, and a regular coffee maker. Short distance to the State Parks and walking trails. The property has a two-night minimum stay in the spring and fall, and Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the peak summer season. Weekly trash removal and recycle. The offseason is a great time to come as well since the community and town are very year-round.
