Cosy Studio of about 45 square meters, recently renovated and decorated with elegance, Ideal for 2-4 persons, this apartment is situated on the first floor (one flight of stairs)and includes a small balcony. The entrance door gives on the spacious living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen (i.e.: Dish washer, washing machine, toaster, koffee machine, oven). The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed. The bedroom contains a double bed, besides there is a nice bathroom with shower.
Very close to Siena, with a good bus service towars and from the city centre.
it is the ideal place for all those who would like to discover this beautiful medieval city as well as the gorgeous surrounding area.

Host was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we were familiar with the apartment. The apartment itself was very well appointed and very comfortable. The location of the apartment for visiting Siena was fantastic with a number of buses into the centre or just a 6 minute drive away.

This was the cutest little apt, with all the amenities you need. Landlord super friendly and gave us a map of places to visit that were close and tips for visiting Siena. Best part of my trip to Italy.

Host was so attentive and had written recommendations for places to site see as well as restaurants and bakeries. She also left us a box of delicious pastries from the pastry shop next door to the apartment. Beds were quite comfortable and I was able to use the washer to get our clothes clean and ready for our next destination in Florence.

Everything perfect. We arrived earlier than expected but Marzia was happy to see us .She suggested we relax in the local bar for a little while, as she made everything exactly right. She was a good host, very practical and friendly. Highly recommend Marzia ,and the property, which is very close to Sienna.

Our host was lovely and very accommodating and even got us a ride to the train station. We didn't have a car so we took advantage of the bus system and went on adventures. There is a bakery and a wee grocery. Great coffee. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment!

This apartment is a little gem - very clean, good size bedroom, kitchen/living-room combination very nicely appointed, functional small bathroom. And Marzia, the owner, is lovely. The neighborhood is very convenient to have a car (free parking) yet be very close to Siena (10 minute drive). The only "down" point is that there is a dog next door - kept indoors at night, but comes out between 7a and 8a and barks - not continuously, but when someone passes by; a bit annoying. Otherwise, this is a great option right near Siena!

Absolutely perfect home in a perfect location!

What a surprise to find such a gem in the heart of Italy. The apartment could not have been more perfect for us. There is such a homey feel and the owner was always friendly and eager to answer questions we had about the area. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We had a wonderful countryside vew from our bedroom window and the local bakery greeted us each morning with the delightful aroma of fresh baked pastries. It is very modern with wi fi, dishwasher and even a washing machine. Thank you so very much for sharing your home, we did not want to leave!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marzia. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Marzia nous attendait à notre arrivée avec des petites spécialités de Sienne à grignoter. Elle nous a montré le logement mais nous a aussi donné des conseils sur les choses à visiter, les villes à voir … l’appartement est très propre et on retrouve tout ce qu’il faut pour passer plusieurs jours. La machine à laver est un vrai plus quand on part en voyage pour 10 jours. Le logement est bien situé, il y a de place pour se garer tout proche. Je recommande fortement aussi bien pour le logement que pour l’accueil et la disponibilité de Marzia et de son conjoint.

Appartement bien équipé à seulement 10 minutes de Sienne en voiture. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Marzia et Peter, qui nous ont donné des conseils précieux lors de notre court séjour à Sienne. Nous avons pu déposer la voiture sur un parking gratuit proche. Très bonne communication, nous recommandons.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, leider zu kurz geplant

Es gibt in der Umgebung von Siena sehr viele, interessante Dinge zum Anschauen. Leider waren unsere drei Tage in der Region zu kurz; doch haben wir mit dieser Schnuppermaßnahme die Überzeugung gewonnen, dass es sich lohnt, wieder zu kommen. Das Quartier ist klein, Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche und Bad, sauber und ordentlich, bietet alles was man braucht. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, südwestlich von Siena in Costalpino. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette, multilinguale Person, wir haben unser Wiederkommen bereits angekündigt.

Heaven in Heaven!

Property exactly as advertised. Kitchen very well equipped. Apt very comfortable. Location is perfect for exploring Siena or the whole of Tuscany. Car is critical to really enjoy as bus service is very very limited and not friendly to use. Host was a 12/10. Marzia was available, helpful, warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond when we had some problems with bus system. We’d stay again next time in the area.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super, im Bad und Küche waren einige Ecken nicht ganz sauber. Das Objekt ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und war sehr bemüht. Sie hatte einen Plan der Umgebung mit Insider Tipps und ein Gastgeschenk auf den Tisch gelegt.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe von Siena

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung! Es war alles, was wir brauchten, vorhanden und die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Um nach Siena zu kommen kann man mit dem Bus (10 min.) oder dem Auto fahren. Es gibt gegenüber direkt eine leckere Bäckerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Um Spaziergänge von der Wohnung aus zu machen eignet sich die Gegend nicht so gut, da es kaum Gehwege gibt. Dafür muss man erst ein kleines Stück mit dem Auto fahren. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
