This charming historic home has been completely renovated to provide an idyllic place to settle in for your long-awaited vacation in East Hampton. Stroll into town for breakfast or make a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning paper on the spacious covered mahogany porch overlooking our private lawn. This home is a year-round treat – warm and cozy in the Fall and Winter, and close to outdoor activities and beaches in the Spring and Summer.

The modern kitchen, with all new appliances and granite countertops, is perfect for cooking gourmet meals for friends or family, and a great place to gather either at the granite-topped island or in comfortable leather chairs. Pass through the butler’s pantry into the dining room with a table that can seat 10, or continue into the sun porch to catch a nap or start a puzzle. The living room provides a full entertainment center. Covered mahogany porch overlooking the yard is perfect for relaxing any time of day. Outdoor shower is heavenly. 1st floor laundry and mudroom add to the convenience. On site parking and gas grill included.

Lovely East Hampton Village Getaway

We were so fortunate to stay in Ann’s home while visiting friends in the area. The location is fantastic—a short walk from the library and into town, and walkable to the beach. It’s a beautifully restored and meticulously maintained home with all the amenities we needed did a great stay. The bedroom and bathroom layout is perfect for a family with ample room. Nice house in a lovely neighborhood in East Hampton Village.

PROS: Buell Lane is a lovely street in old East Hampton. Walking distance into town. The kitchen and the bathrooms have been very nicely renovated. CONS: The bedrooms are small and the house does not get much light. There is no fireplace.

Wonderful winter retreat

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s home for the month of January. The house is very comfortable and the location is superb - walking distance to town and main beach, as others have mentioned. It was great working with Ann and we hope to be back again at some point!

Ann’s place is a beautiful example of old world charm with new world amenities. We had everything we needed and more. The best part is the location! It is a half mile to town and close to the beach. We loved the outdoor shower too. Ann is a treat to deal with and we hope to return.

Everything East Hampton is about

The Youmans have done a wonderful job restoring their family home. We had to recently sell our East Hampton family home that was purchased in the 1960s and understand how difficult it is to keep a family home in the family from generation to generation. What a treasure it is that the Youmans have owned this home since it was built! The house has a wonderful front porch that we enjoyed for our morning coffees and evening wine and hors d'oeuvres. The house is comfortable and has every modern convenience. I would stay here again just for the shower water pressure! The house is also situated perfectly between the village and Main Beach. Thanks again Ann for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back later this year!

Wonderful wonderful!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ann's home! The house itself is absolutely lovely. So homey and comfortable. The recently renovated kitchen was fantastic and each bedroom and bathroom was fresh and clean and comfortable. The location also is just perfect. We easily walked into town most mornings to get coffee from the Golden Pear - about 10 mins. Ann was a pleasure to work with in setting up our stay and was very quick to respond to any questions before, during and after our stay. Really can't speak highly enough of our experience. We definitely hope to be back for another delightful off-season stay :)

Great house with excellent location in East Hampton

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean with a very nice well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. It is conveniently located close to shopping in East Hampton. The owner was a pleasure to work with and look forward to renting the house again in the future.

SO accommodating!

Ann was super flexible and a huge help to the employees I had to house at the last minute. Her house was beautiful- close to the East Hampton train and just an all around pleasant place. I hope to return again on an occasion when I get more time to relax at the house and spend less time working out on East Hampton.
