Kihei Beach #204 is a one-bedroom/two-bath condo located on the 2nd floor, offering a beachfront experience on the stunning Sugar Beach in North Kihei, Maui. The condo features beautiful tile flooring throughout, an impressive granite & stainless-steel full kitchen, and central A/C. The bedroom boasts an en-suite full bathroom (recently remodeled) and a king bed, while a second bathroom (recently remodeled) with a walk-in shower and a sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably.

The resort itself is nestled in a quiet and safe community, providing a low-key local vibe that ensures an authentic experience. Centrally located in North Kihei, it offers easy access to various attractions and adventures on the island. Guests can enjoy the almost empty 3-mile stretch of white-sand shoreline, relax by the pool, or take in the panoramic coastline views.

Additionally, the resort's proximity to local amenities such as a farmer’s market, shave ice store, and convenience store adds to the convenience of the location. Guests can also partake in unique experiences such as watching the Kihei Canoe Club's practices or races. The Kihei Canoe Club is next door to the resort. Watching the canoes during practices or races is a cool diversion most other resorts can’t offer. On Tuesdays & Thursdays, they offer visitors an opportunity to paddle out with them ($40 donation) so worth it!

Great location and view

Enjoyed our time at Kihei Beach condos. Location and view were fantastic. Nice long beach walks. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was the dishwasher didn't work but small inconvenience. We loved our stay.

The condo was clean and the decor was in keeping with the Maui vibe. Only criticism would be the location of the BBQ's. They are situated next to the garbage and thought that there were other locations that would have been better suited. NOTE: Not a reflection on the individual unit/owner. Decision was made by the condo board.

Great vacation

The condo had everything you need. Beach is right there and we enjoyed taking walks on it. The property has a great view of the sunsets. Don’t forget the bake shop across the street!

The location is great - we had breakfast from the Sugar Beach Bake Shop, right across the street every morning and that was a highlight. We had one issue with a broken handle on the sliding door and it got fixed right away with no hassle for us whatsoever. It was a great time in this unit.

Amazing place to stay for vacation! Highly reccomend

To start the location was perfect and right on the beach. Even from the second floor you can see exactly where the ocean starts during high tide (first floor wouldn't be able to see this). So second floor and up is perfect. There was not really any check in process as the lobby was closed for remodeling. The check in and code for entrance was done through an app which had a variety of helpful resources in the area. I am not even joking when I say there was literally something in almost every drawer in this condo that would be found if you were truly living here for a long time. Off the top of my head there was a vareity of cookbooks, to kitchen utensils, various cooking supplies/cleaning supplies, books to read, games, even extra decorations inside a drawer just to put on the book shelf. The condo had a very large balcony along with windows. Also a screen in balcony but we didn't need it. The sofa and bed were comfortable. The pullout sofa bed however, was very unconfortable and thin. You could literally feel the springs. It was better just to sleep on the sofa without pulling it out. The area around the condo is of course the beach but also next to a convience mart, shaved, ice, canoes rental, bakery, and farmers market all within 1 minute walking. Everything inside the condo was clean along with extra toiletrees and other bathroom supplies like towels. The decorations inside the condo were also very nice with traditional Hawaiian items. The roosters at 6 am will wake you up since they are found everywhere in Hawaii, but the roosters just live in the woods across the street, not on the actual property. The pool was clean but we didn't use it. On the last couple of days the AC wasn't working but we were notified of it not going to be working during our stay. We just left the balcony open and the fresh sea air was good enough. Thank you for allowing our vacation to Hawaii be such a positive experience! :) -Ryan B.

An amazing view, being located on the oceanfront, and a perfect location for our long beach walks and swimming each day. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a newly remodelled kitchen. It had everything we needed for a carefree stay. Located on Sugar Beach, we walked across the road for the best shave ice, wonderful bakery and farmers market, as well as a general market. It is close to Kihei and centrally located for trips to other beaches south and in the Kaanapali area. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is so nice to have on the property. We'll be back, for sure!

The oceanfront setting and view cannot be beat. The central location is darn near perfect - 20 mins from the airport and north shore, close to the Kihei amenities without being in the middle of the action. Condo itself is in very good condition, very clean, nice kitchen. Minor nitpicks are the A/C which seems a little underpowered - but plenty of ceiling and floor fans to keep things comfortable. Also, like others we noticed the dining area is a bit dark and could use an overhead fixture. But other than that - we had a great, stress-free time!

Everything we need was in the apt, all the kitchen supplies, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler!! As soon as you enter the place, you see the ocean that immediately makes you relaxed. We opened the master bed door to sleep to the sound of the ocean. In the morning, you can get local vegs and fruits just a cross the street. We eat pretty much every meals on the balcony. We will def come back!! Thank you for making our trip so special!!

Excellent condo

Terrific view in a small condo complex. Best supplied condo we have stayed on Maui. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, beach equipment, and comfortable bed. Thank you for taking such good care of your rental. Only negative was that the pool was unheated and very cold.

We loved it! What a pleasant stay it was. When you enter the apt you feel at home immediately. The location was great for any direction you plan for a day. Everything you need or you wish for is in the apt. ( beach chairs, ice cooler, a lot of towels, all the kitchen supplies, newer fridge…) you open the balcony door and you hear the ocean and its paradise. We slept with that sound too. We appreciate the owner for keeping the place so lovely. We will come back!!

Outstanding trip

For the first time in Maui, and using Vrbo, all was great. The accommodations were exactly what we wanted for our trip. It was central to all the sites we saw, and easy to get to. Also, the access to the beach was great, very low number of people on the beach at any one time. Thanks for the stay.

Another day in Paradise

I came here with my fiancé. Property is awesome. Everything a lot better than you see on the pictures. The beach is super clean. Also, apartment has boards for swimming and chairs for the beach. Right infront market with vegetables & fruits from garden. The only thing, if you’re coming just to chill on a beach you cool, but if you want to do any activity I recommend to rent a car from the begging because to get Uber a taxi its a huge problem in the area specially early morning or late night. We had snorkeling tour at 7 am had to be at the Harbor which is by the way just 8 minutes drive(3 hours walk) and had been waiting for uber for like 1,5 hour and it was a Lyft (paid $47) But other than that this property and location is awesome. I definitely would like to come back at this place.

Good central location, lots of privacy, great view

For this particular trip, I did not rent a car since I have family in the neighborhood. There is not much within walking distance though, so I recommend renting the car if you don’t have friends here. Also, this neighborhood is sleepy, so if you’re looking for more activity, choose another one. Sugar Beach is great for swimming/floating and sunbathing on the super soft sand.

Spring break

The location to the beach was amazing! Lots of whale sightings from our lanai. The manager made a spot for us to store our rented kayaks. A farmers market, ABC store, and the best shave ice right across the street.
