Great House

This house was great for our large family vacation. Sleeping arrangements allowed for flexibility for our older and younger children. Great house location. Costco, grocery store and wine/beer store was within a few miles. Kitchen was stocked to accommodate cooking and baking. Starbuck drive thru right around the corner. Multiple beaches and downtown Naples and Malls not far. Plenty of entertainment for all ages on-site. Older children and I loved using the on-site work out facility. Additionally the ping pong table (at house) tournaments will be something my kids will remember years to come. The ability to use the patio and Jacuzzi in the morning was awesome! The local "wild life" (turtles, birds, otters) in the pond was fun for everyone to watch.

Florida in the Winter

We have been coming to Florida for many years, it is always a challenge to see what you have rented. If you have rented before you know pictures do not always show you what you are getting. This property blew us away. The house was equipment with everything we needed and was amazing in design. It was one of the cleanest home we have rented. All of the appliances and TV's were new, the pool outstanding. The owner made himself available if we had any questions, responded via email with in minutes. When in Florida, out first choice of rentals will be with Kodei Properties.

Beautiful home in lovely community

This property is situated in a gated community with a small lake view. Beautiful birds and ducks frequent the lake providing interesting scenery. The house was clean and well appointed, the TVs and electronics were latest model. Nice pool and lanai. The owner was very attentive to our questions and any small issues. Fitness center was clean, well-equipped and only a short walk away. We brought our dog who enjoyed walks around the community and watching the ducks in the lake. Great location for proximity to Fifth Ave, beaches, Mercato, etc.

GREAT, SPACIOUS HOME! Wonderful Lake View and Peaceful Setting

My 30 day stay was a true oasis as we all enjoyed the house amenities especially the pool, spa and lake view from the Lanai. It was nice to have the space for our 3 kids to have their "living quarters" upstairs while me and my husband enjoyed our Master Bedroom with direct access to the pool area. The community is very friendly including lighted sidewalks and beautiful preserve areas. Location Fabulous in Central Naples. 10-15 minute drive to Mercato, Waterside Shops, Restaurants, 5th Avenue South and Beaches. Woulld highly recommend this home to future renters.
