Beautiful view and location, LOTS of mosquitoes, hit-and-miss communication

Pros: *The views from this apartment are stunning. *The location is great - lots of excellent eateries nearby (try the pizza down the street!) and easy walking distance to all of the major Venetian sites. *The fifty+ stairs up will help you work off the pizza! Cons: *Like other reviewers have mentioned, the mosquitoes are bad. If you keep all of the windows closed, the place becomes very stuffy and hot. If you open the windows even a crack from late afternoon on, you'll be eaten alive. (We left some bug spray for the next people - definitely use it!) *The fifty+ stairs up aren't just one 'easy' staircase - the are up multiple flights with sharp turns. If you're carrying luggage - it's a slog. *While the owner was very communicative (thanks!), the local property manager apparently only communicates by telephone calls (not texts or other platforms - although that seemed to change once we were onsite?). Pro or con depending on your perspective: *Not sure who else lives in the building - but whoever was there when we were there filled the place like an Amsterdam cafe (I hope you'll understand that meaning). Being on the top floor - everything came up. Maybe that's your cup of tea - wasn't mine.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, avec ma fille. L'appartement est propre, idéalement situé et l'hôte est très réactif. Le quartier est agréable. Je ne manquerai pas de partager l'adresse à mes connaissances souhaitant de rendre à Venise.
