Beautiful stone villa with big swimming pool and beautifoul sea wiew, in the center of the old village,embracing the old and new. While drinking our home made wine on your balcony or terrace, you will enjoy the magnificent sun sets, gleaming on the sea.A relaxing holiday to remember.
Only two km from the house are beautiful beaches and some great restaurants.
It is consisted from two apartments who make one whole.
Each floor has bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Vila has air conditioning, TW/sat, internet, washing machine, hair dryer, coffe machine, water heater and iron.
Near the house is beautifoul covered terase with fireplace ideal for hanging out

Perfect stay for two families

We are very satisfied with this house. Beautiful and quiet location with a fantastic pool and wonderful view. All we needed for a perfect stay. House owner was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect all round - great location and view, fantastic accommodation and a superb host -

There was only 2 of us but we booked Simun’s villa as we wanted our own pool and some peace and quiet, and that was a great decision! We only used the bottom apartment (plus the fridge in the top apartment for extra drinks!) and it had everything we needed and was very clean. On our day of arrival Šimun had prepared some meats and cheeses with some bread, plus some of his red wine, which was a nice touch and meant we had what we needed for our first night after a day’s travelling. The view was amazing so we enjoyed a few days relaxing by the pool overlooking Hvar and Brac, and the separate bbq and outside dining area was great. There was great attention to detail both inside and outside, and he even had his own vegetable garden where we were free to take whatever was ripe, plus there were pretty sunflowers at the end of it which you could see when by the pool. Podgora centre was only a 5-10 min drive and there were quite a few good bars and restaurants to choose from, and Šimun helped to organise cabs for us. We wanted to visit Hvar and Brac on our own speedboat so Šimun also helped us to arrange that and to get a good price, and that was also a great day out. We were so glad that we went with this villa rather than a hotel option as we escaped the masses and did what we wanted when we wanted, which was often nothing at all, in complete peace! Šimun couldn’t do enough to help us and always answered questions quickly during our stay, and went way above and beyond what you’d expect from an owner during a villa rental. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking - sea and islands in front and rugged mountains in the National park behind us. The immediate area was very quiet and had a lovely church nearby, which suited us fine as we wanted to get away from it all etc. I can’t rate our stay highly enough or thank Šimun enough for all the help he gave us, ensuring that we had one of our best trips yet! I’m now a bit worried that after rating it so highly, it’ll be fully booked next year as we’re planning to visit again already!! I can say without reservation that if you go here you will have a fantastic experience! Mark and Emma Manchester, UK

This house really has everything you might need.It's clean,cozy tastefully furnished with a breathtaking view.It's a nice quiet place. A very relaxing location to stay with friends or family.Simun and Ivanka have shown very warm and welcoming. I can strongly recommend this house in Stara Podgora.We were 4 people and really enjoyed our stay
