Due to the multitude of offers, sites and beaches to visit on the Costa del Sol, the owner recommended to rent cars at the airport, be sent links to book cars .Owner speaks fluent French, English, Italian, Spanish, if any problem services as an interpreter would be included

Fantastic pool

We had a great time in this house. We spent most days at the pool. The game room was also very appreciated. We could not have asked for a better time. Jose was amazing during our stay.

Fantastic villa for my hen weekend

We had a brilliant stay at this villa. Jose was a fabulous host and really responsive. Very clean with lots of space. Quiet location but easy to get to Malaga by taxi. Jose helped us arrange taxis and transfer. Great facilities and wonderful outside areas. Heated Pool was a big bonus and we even had a swim in the rain. Great value for money and although a bit out from Malaga easy to walk to local bars and restaurants - although need to walk back up a steep hill so best to get a taxi back. Uber works but be prepared to wait. Big supermarket down the hill who also deliver Would def recommend All in all it was a perfect choice for a large group and everyone loved the stay

José was attentive and helpful from check in to check out, including helping with an issue with our supermarket order and giving suggestions on where to eat with a large group. This villa is perfect for a large family group or group of friends (as we were) as it's split across 3 levels. Basement bedroom next to the games room allows for noisier guests to do their own thing without keeping the rest on the second floor up.The villa has 2 balcony areas as well as the pool garden area, so no shortage of outdoor space to do your own thing or all sit together. It is on the top of a large hill so the balcony gets nice sunset views over the sea, but worth bearing in mind for groceries if you don't have a rental car, although mercadona deliver The heated pool was perfect, clean and very popular with our group. A key part of why we chose it was because it was heated so can be used later in the year as we went in October.We bbq'd for our group of 11 on 2 of the days and the BBQ was up to the task All in all a great stay, would happily stay with José again next year

Heat location with heated pool

Very spacious house, was more than enough place for our family of 6. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is ok, a bit old fridge and dishwasher was about tricky ( but we get used to it), but three (!) Outside places were you can serve a meal was great ( so you always can choose if you want sun or shadow) and outside wooden grill was a plus's. We enjoyed our stay, and especially the heated swimming pool - it was so warm that we were able to use it after the sunset, which was really relaxing - the air getting a bit cool and it was so delicious. We did not used TV as only Spanish programs available, but WiFi was good so kids used to see cartoons. An extra bonus for billiard and darts down stairs-we used it once and it was nice. The house location is great if you have a car- we did lakes and natural parks which were all in 1hour drive, and Malaga itself of course.

Très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. La villa est de bonne taille mais mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Le mobilier de jardin et certaines literies auraient besoin d’être remplacé. Un véhicule est indispensable pour se déplacer les trajets se font très bien la villa est bien située proche des grands axes. Gros bémol les aboiements de nombreux chiens chez le voisin donnant juste au dessus de la villa en journée comme la nuit. Nous gardons tout de même un bon souvenir.

Amazing Birthday Stay

I have picked this villa because of the amount of reviews that it has gotten from past customers. The reviews were very accurate, therefore we knew what we expected from it and there were no surprises. The only complains were the neighbors dogs, which were outside day and night (there is about 3-4 of them from different houses) that were howling and barking throught the day, every day. Everything else was wonderful, the beds/mattresses were excellent, the villa was spacious, the pool was great with sunbeds which added a good atmosphere for big groups to hang out. The pool table and foosbal table were also a great touch. Also there is other things like chess and dart board (best to bring your own darts). The view from the villa was amazing, from the balconies you can see the city lights at night and the seaside through the day. FYI to get to Malaga city takes about 45min-1h by bus for 1.76 pp. The owner of the villa was quick and responsive to any question or issues that we had. Thank you for the amazing time.

Dejligt hus - noget slidt

Dejlige terrasser, god pool (dog ikke saltvandspool). Køkkenet er slidt og isdispenser fungerer fx ikke. José har under vores ophold været en kæmpe hjælp, både i forhold til indcheckning, når vi havde spørgsmål og også i forhold til hjælp med reservation på restaurant! Tak for din store hjælp!

Cozy House!

My friends and I were all very happy with our stay. The backyard with the pool was magical and all the terraces with nice views. I would recommend renting a car. It was a hard long hill to walk down and up in the heat. The buses to Malaga went quite often. Host José has a very good attitude. Everything was amazing!

Nice villa

Very clean, Jose couldn't do enough for us. In a residential area, if you don't want to hire a car you can get an uber to Rincon de la victoria with loads of bars/restaurants around €10,bus to Malaga at the bottom of the hill, around €2...every hour (doesn't go to the airport, just central Malaga) The beach at end of road isn't suitable to sit on as just rocks, but lovely beach in Rincon. If you have a car plenty to see around the area. Local supermarket 15 mins walk (very steep hill) or drive/uber to lidl in Rincon. Everything you need in the villa, pool was set at a lovely warm temperature. 3 terrace areas that catch the sun at different times of the day. Local supermarket not open on Sunday, lidl is. Jose will get you the essentials if you ask him...bread, milk etc...The only issue we had was with dogs constantly barking in the house behind, but Jose spoke to them and it turns out they were dog sitting...so hopefully noone else will have this problem. Overall though no complaints and if the dogs are a one off we would happily return. Not suitable for disabled due to number of steps in the villa, and being on a very steep hill.

Grande maison avec proprio sympathique

Chouette maison avec beaucoup d'espace. Promesse tenue pour la piscine qui était effectivement chauffée en ce début novembre. Propriétaire disponible pendant notre cours séjour. Maison propre avec linge fourni, pas mal de matériel disponible sur place même si certains vieillissent, plage à 5min en voiture, Malaga à 25 min.

Birthday Weekend with Friends/Fin de Semana con Amigos

For my birthday, I wanted to travel with our best friends. . .but the mobility restrictions, due to the pandemic, did not permit travel outside of the municipality. So, we rented THIS AMAZING HOUSE within our same municipality and enjoyed a "vacation" a few minutes from home! The neighborhood is quiet, the house is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need: tableware, cookware, coffeemaker, BBQ, linens, A/C and heat. There is a Mercadona grocery store 2 minutes by car. There is wifi. Amenities included a wonderful, private, HEATED pool (it was February), a professional billards table, and a foosball table in the gameroom, downstairs. There are 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. Outdoors there are two large sunny terraces to enjoy ocean views and, of course, the private back yard with the pool. There is also space in the homes' garage to park your car! We were a group of 7: 4 adults and 3 kids plus two Chihuahuas and everyone had a fabulous time! The owner was very responsive and helpful if needed. I highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great birthday weekend!! Para mi cumpleaños, quería viajar con nuestros mejores amigos. . .pero las restricciones de movilidad, debido a la pandemia, no permitieron viajar fuera del municipio. Entonces, alquilamos ESTA INCREÍBLE CASA dentro de nuestro mismo municipio y disfrutamos de unas "vacaciones" a pocos minutos de mi casa! El urbanizacion es tranquilo, la casa es grande, limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario: utensilios de cocina, cafetera, barbacoa, ropa de cama, y calefacción. Hay una Mercadona a 2 minutos en coche. Hay wifi. Las comodidades incluían una maravillosa piscina privada *CLIMATIZADA* (era febrero), una mesa de billar profesional y una mesa de futbolín en la sala de juegos, en el sotanto. Hay 5 amplios dormitorios y 3 baños completos. Al aire libre hay dos grandes terrazas soleadas para disfrutar de la vista al mar y, por supuesto, el patio trasero privado con piscina. ¡También hay espacio en el garaje de casa para aparcar su coche! Éramos un grupo de 7: 4 adultos y 3 niños y dos chihuahuas. ¡Todos lo pasamos de maravilla! El propietario fue muy atento y servicial si era necesario. Recomiendo mucho esta propiedad. ¡Gracias por un gran fin de semana de cumpleaños!

Todo genial!!

El alojamiento está muy bien, tienen de todo, por ponerle un pero diría que tiene algunas deficiencias en el mantenimiento como algún esconchado en paredes o plinto despegado y algún elemento del baño oxidado. Son cosas que al menos para nosotros no es condicionante para estar bien, de echo hemos estado más que bien. La piscina climatizada perfecta y el dueño Jose Luis se ha portado de diez, nos ha facilitado mucho todo, nos ha recomendado zonas para ver, pasear y almorzar. Todo con un grandísimo acierto, desde aquí le doy las gracias por ser tan buen anfitrión. Repetiremos sin duda.

Estupenda casa con mal mantenimiento

La casa ofrece espacios para que una familia numerosa se pueda encontrar cómoda. Tiene un problema de mantenimiento y limpieza, además de malos olores por algún problema de cañerías. Este problema se lo comenté al propietario y, a pesar de que le agradezco que fuera a darnos explicaciones y pedirnos disculpas por los problemas que pudiéramos tener, la realidad es que existen. Como digo en el titulo, una estupenda casa que merece la pena, si no fuera por los problemas contados.

Great place for a large family holiday

Jose was extremely helpful and very attentive. We asked if he could help with a 2nd cot and he provided it no problem or extra charge. The pool is great and when we asked for the temperature to be raised this was done also. leaving day he was also able to let us stay later than the 10.00 leaving time which was much appreciated. Great place, very helpful owner and a great holiday. Thanks José.

Because of those years in tourism I have a great knowledge of tourist routes, and sites that no tourist should stop visiting. That's why I have a book made by me in Spanish, French and English with recommended routes and villages if you do not have GPS for these excursions, I will put one (free) available to my tenants only I have to ask before arriving
My wife is the one who is in charge of completing and revising all the details, so that it is all clean and perfect for when our tenants arrive
. From June 15th to September 15th arrivals and departures must be on Saturdays and full weeks

Why they chose this property

It is a very quiet and residential area but at the same time very well connected and close to the beach. One of the things that made it buy, is a terrace of 70 meters overlooking the sea, with stunning sunsets and sunsets, plus the garden and private pool 8x4 meters. Also the house has 4 very spacious rooms with a/A-heating, all exterior 3 of them overlooking the sea, a large living room with a Tv of 42, with a terrace of 70 meters equipped with table, chairs and electric awnings to enjoy it, of a set of Spectacular oceanfront sun, a large, superequipped kitchen with a 30 metre terrace with BBQ, with direct access to the private pool for the year 2018 will be a salty pool with which the water will always be clean and crystalline. A 30-metre game room with billiards, futbolin and darts. The convenience of having a large supermarket at only 600 meters, with a ' big surface ' level with free delivery at home. Wi-Fi is included free of charge
In addition to the orography of the area we are between the village of Chiches and the beach with an elevation of 250 meters above sea level, in summer does not arrive the famous and warm ' terral ' wind coming from the desert that arrives in Malaga and increases the temperature in 6 or 7 Degrees

And in winter by the same orography of the terrain makes the temperature is 3 0 4 degrees above the capital, which makes the temperature in winter is extremely smooth
