Ideally located just behind the famous Carlton hotel, quiet, and at walking distance from la Croisette, from the luxurious shops on the rue d' Antibes and from the beach. 700 m from the Cannes Palais des Festivals and from the train station.It is therefore possible to arrive by train in Cannes and to walk to the appartment.

Very bright and sunny thanks to its big 20 m2 terrace with a pleasant hill view. Very confortable with a leather sofa bed in the living room with a real mattress, 2 mattresses in the bedroom ( separate but joignable ), air conditionning in all rooms (bedroom, living room, veranda), super rapid fiber internet wifi, well equiped american kitchen, bathroom and decorated with care for detail.

Overall ok

The apartment is as described. Very good location, close to everything, it's clean and the air condition works properly. The bathroom door makes a noise when closed whisch at night is disturbin. The host answer was to leave it open when used to avoid the noise. Make sure you read the contract hidden in "messages to host".In the contract, the check in is 2-6 pm. The host wants to be present on arrival.My flight arrived late, around 8:30 pm and the host said no way she will come to let me in and suggested to " see you next morning in front of the building". So, I should get a hotel for a night or sleep on the stairs??. Thank God I had a friend who lives close to Cannes and came during the check in hours to pick up the key.

Une situation privilégiée

L'appartement est très agréable, situé à la fois au coeur de la ville et à cinq minutes à pieds de la mer, très pratique également pour les courses alimentaires. Il possède toutes les commodités. L'accueil de la propriétaire est on ne peut plus chaleureux. Sa disponibilité et sa souplesse ont rendu notre séjour idéal : nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir

Nice Apartment

This is our second time staying at the Van der Wal family's apartment in Cannes. The welcome was always very nice and warm. The apartment is clean, large and very well equipped, nothing is missing. Checking in and out was very easy. It doesn't get any better than that. The apartment is very well located so that the beach, water, food stores, parking lot and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Just very practical and effective. The family takes care of their guests and is there for any help. Thank you again and we wish you all the best.

Bis auf den fehlenden Safe und einem von zwei Außenschlössern defekt alles wie erwartet, gute Lage zur Croisette, 7. Etage (ruhig), sehr empfehlenswert.

Un appartement très bien situé dans un grand immeuble. Des propriétaires plus que charmants avec un accueil chaleureux. L’appartement manque d’un peu de confort et de modernité . Cependant Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Emplacement idéal

A deux pas de la Croisette et de la rue commerçante d'Antibes, agréable appartement proche de toutes commodités. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. L'appartement est très bien équipé. A noter que le canapé-lit est plus adapté à des enfants qu'à des adultes. Malgré un temps plutôt maussade à cette période (fin octobre), les vacances ont été bonnes grâce aux activités diverses sur place : shopping, musée, cinéma. A faire absolument : balades sur la Croisette et sur l'île Sainte-Marguerite. Pour la voiture, possibilité de se garer tout près, au parking Commandant Lamy, tout proche (forfait à 72 euros la semaine pendant les vacances d'automne).

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

Just returned from a fantastic ten night break in this great apartment. The location is excellent just 5 mins from the beach , a great supermarket and right around the corner from Rue d'Antibes and some great shops. The apartment is just as the photographs and very well equipped with everything you need right down to beach towels and a beach bag. It is spotlessly clean as was all of the bedding. Prior to our arrival the owner kept in touch and check in and check out was very easy . They were also very accomodating in allowing us a late check out on the last day. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cannes . I will certainly make a return visit .

Excellent séjour

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la localisation de cet appartement. Il était très propre et très bien équipé. Les conseils pour faire fonctionner les appareils étaient clairs et efficaces. Nous avons aimé le grand espace de la terrasse couverte. Il y a aussi l’avantage d’un supermarché Casino à 200 mètres. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Appartamento grazioso e accogliente. Ben equipaggiato e con dettagli curati. Siamo stati molto bene.

Tutto molto pulito e ben attrezzato. La proprietaria e la figlia sono persone premurose e gentili. La terrazza è molto calda la mattina quando batte il sole ma essendo al 7 piano è ben ventilata e soprattutto alla sera è godibile e da un tocco personale all’appartamento. Vicinissimo a supermercati e negozi e a 200 metri dal mare è davvero una bella posizione. Grazie di tutto gentile Laurence!

Fullt utrustad lägenhet, mycket bra AC, bra uthyrare. Rent och snyggt. Mycket bra läge med närhet till strand, affärer, bageri. Rekommenderar att hyra. Lägenheten ligger på sjunde våningen, två mkt små hissar finns. Inget för de som lätt får klaustrofobi.

Une semaine idéale !

Un appartement plein de charme avec une très belle vue sur la Californie depuis la véranda. Parfaitement équipé, idéalement situé à 2 pas de la rue commerçante d'Antibes et à 3 pas de la Croisette, tout est accessible à pied et la proximité de la gare permet d'aller se balader très facilement à Nice, Monaco, Antibes...même quand on n'a pas de voiture. La proximité du port permet également de se rendre aux iles de Lérins pour une journée de baignade ou de visite. Enfin, accueil très sympa de la propriétaire ! Troisième séjour dans cet appartement...et toujours l'envie de revenir. @ bientôt...
