Beautiful apartment for 6-7 people facing south with balcony facing the mountain, perfectly equipped.
Located in the Le Christiania residence, in the Shepherds district, just 200 meters from the foot of the slopes, ski lifts and ski schools, as well as the shepherds shopping center.
The apartment consists of a living room with trundle beds for 2 people and extra bed for 1 person, a bedroom with trundle beds for 2 people and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
The lounge area is equipped with a table that can seat 7 adults. It is equipped with a flat screen TV with reception of TNT channels.

Everything that counts

Everything that counts for a great week of ski, perceft location, really down the slopes, well furnished, central to the all station life. The view is beautiful, and you can directly jump to the lines from the house. One precision regarding the appartment, i won't recommend to get there when 7 people. It's comfortable for 2 2 kids, more could be easilly a bad experience. Just saying in case of 7 adults. Adolescents won't really care, but adults who wants peace will notice. We will come back for sure.

Tout était vraiment très bien, à un détail près : l’appartement est annoncé pour 7 personnes, mais il convient en réalité bien mieux à 4. Il est parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il y a éventuellement un canapé-lit confortable pour 2 jeunes en plus, mais honnêtement, le maximum raisonnable reste 4 adultes et 2 enfants.Sinon, rien à redire : l’appartement est super, très bien exposé et idéalement situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci beaucoup !

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé dans une résidence bien placée. Retour à la résidence ski aux pieds. Quelques oublies dans le ménage mais rien de rédhibitoire.

Appartement offrant une jolie vue et très bien situé pour les remontées mécaniques. L'appartement est parfait pour 4 voire 5 personnes, plus c'est moins évident car la SDB la cuisine et le séjour sont petits. Propreté correcte (attention le ménage n'est pas compris dans le prix contrairement à ce que l'on peut lire sur le détail Abritel).

Propriétaire serviable et vue magnifique

Mes six amis et moi avons réservé cet appartement pour un long week-end de ski à l'Alpe d'Huez avant Noël et le voyage ne peut être résumé que comme incroyable ! L'appartement était en bon état, le bâtiment était à une courte distance de marche des remontées mécaniques et notre hôte était très serviable. Je reviendrai certainement à l'avenir.

Entree en openbare ruimtes van het complex zagen er keurig en onderhouden uit. Ons app daarintegen was rommelig, oud en niet schoon. Smoezelige vloerbedekking. Douche in bad, maar geen douchestang. Kleine keuken. Wel mooi uitzicht

Appartement fonctionnel avec pièce à vivre spacieuse et très bien exposée. Très bien équipé mis à part le frigo qui est en fin de vie ! Bon emplacement et résidence calme et bien entretenue.La personne sur place pour la remise des clefs est très agréable.

Nonostante le piccole dimensioni, l’appartamento è veramente ben messo. Sfruttando al meglio ogni spazio. La posizione è eccellente essendo a soli 200m dai primi impianti di risalita. Subito all’ingresso c’è la possibilità di lasciare scarpe e roba da sci per farla asciugare, ottima idea. La terrazza con quella vista gli fa acquisire 1000 punti, un sogno svegliarsi e affacciarsi la mattina!!!

Appartement vieillot, pas assez entretenu, peu modernisé, absence de mitigeur pour robinets salle de bain par exemple, cuvette réservoir wc fendue, mauvaise ventilation dans cuisine car pas de hotte ni vmc, frigo oxydé à la base intérieure, moquette rase plutôt vielle et abîmée, bref, tout ça à vraiment besoin d’un bon lifting, c’est bien dommage car cet apart est idéalement placé! Mention spéciale à la dame qui gérait l’ensemble du Christiana ( peut-être la gardienne ) très sympathique et dévouée!

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier des Bergers et bénéficie d'un ensoleillement toute la journée. Il est petit mais bien aménagé, même si plus d'étagères seraient intéressantes. Par contre la moquette au sol est usée et tâchée, une rénovation serait très positive! idem pour les oreillers... Le bémol est sur le ménage où l'on paye 30€ à l'arrivée, alors que nous avons dû relaver à notre l'intérieur...
