Vacaciones maravillosas en Denia!!

En Julio del 2015 pasamos una estancia maravillosa en Denia y particularmente en este apartamento muy limpio y bien equipado. ¡No faltaba nada (incluso una conexión internet directa)! La presencia de la climatización fue muy apreciable con nuestra hija de 2 años 1/2. ¡La vista desde la terraza es fenomenal! En 30 segundos estamos directamente en la playa sin calle que cruzar y con los niños es una verdadera ventaja. La residencia era bastante tranquila en aquel período y el jardín muy limpio. Por fin, Juan Luis el propietario es muy simpático y amable. ¡Seguro que volveremos! Un cordial saludo desde Francia. Jean-Marc

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Connaissant parfaitement Dénia depuis 7 ans en location de villa privée, nous avons testé la formule appartement avec piscine commune et ne sommes pas déçus. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, la plage à 50 mètres avec une eau à 29 degrés. La piscine est un plus pour les enfants ou pour changer de la plage. Pendant notre séjour, tout le monde a bien respecté le règlement de la copropriété et l'ambiance était calme et conviviale. En plus, le propriétaire est une personne très sympathique. Que demander de plus ? Nous retournerons sûrement admirer les superbes couchers de soleil sur la terrasse.

Plage et vue de rêve

Magnifique résidence, appartement correspondant parfaitement à la description, la climatisation est un plus lors de forte chaleur. La vue sur la plage est magnifique et la piscine un régal. Juan Luis est facilement joignable si besoin. Un petit bémol, certains propriétaire du RDC ont tendance à penser que la piscine et le jardin sont privatisés pour leur loisir et parfois tard dans la nuit et ne respectent pas forcément le règlement de la copropriété... A recommander quand même, bonne adresse....

una estancia maravillosa

Pasamos 3 semanas fenomenales en un apartamento luminoso, espacioso y bien equipado que correspondía cien por cien a la descripción. El simpático proprietario nos recibio ya delante de la residencia bien mantenida y nos informó sobre todo lo que debíamos y queriamos saber. Disfrutamos del acceso directo a la playa y de la proximidad del excelente restaurante Estanyó. Unica amargura - trabajos bastante ruidosos en apartamentos vecinos. Pero pasamos mucho tiempo fuera. Nos gustaria mucho volver.

"Nous avons passe un excellent sejour en famille dans cet appartement. la résidence est tres bien entretenue, les jardins et la piscine également. La plage de sable fin est à quelques mètres de la piscine. L''appartement est vraiment top ! Lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, terrasse donnant sur la piscine et la mer ... Un vrai bonheur !"

Séjour à renouveler !

Nous sommes très contents de notre sejour a Dénia. L'appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer sur une plage de plusieurs kilomètres avec un accès direct à la plage ce qui est tres appréciable. Belles vues depuis la terrasse spacieuse sur la mer et la piscine. Résidence très agréable, calme et propre avec beaucoup d'espaces verts pour se détendre autour de la piscine. L'appartement tres bien équipé et conforme à la description. Propriétaires disponibles, discrets et trés sympathiques. Appartement à recommander à tous points de vue.
