Nice 30 sq.m studio at garden level in a Provençal villa, in a green setting where you can have your meals on the terrace under an equipped bower,while enjoying the quiet garden with trees. Relaxation guaranteed. (See photos). The studio boasts: a night area with a double bed (140x190) a small sitting area with a TV and Internet WiFi, one shower room with shower, and 1 separate WC. An eating area, with a kitchenette equipped with: 2 electric ceramic hobs, one refrigerator/freezer, multifunction oven, washing machine, and dining area. Outdoor equipped terrace (25 sq.m) (bower with garden furniture and beach chairs - see photos). One vehicle can be parked inside de property, which is secured by an electric gate (See photos). Leisure activities: Vence Tennis Club: 500 m. Downtown Vence is 3 km away (Festival des Nuits du Sud in July and August). 15 min drive from the beaches of Cangnes-sur-Mer or Villeneuve Loubet (where you will be able to practice nautical sports) and close to Nice hinterland where you will be able to hike in complete peace and serenity. (Tourrettes-sur-Loup: 20 min, Gourdon: 30 min) Ideally located for sightseeing and hiking. Close to St-Paul-de-Vence, (Medieval village internationally known), 14 km away from Marineland, the biggest aquatic park with marine mammals of Europe, 15 km from Antibes, 20 km from Nice, 30 km from Monaco (Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix and Historic Grand Prix in May,fireworks during July, World Championship) 45 min from Italy via the A8 highway. (San Remo: 1 hour - Alassio: 1 and a half hour) - Ski resorts are about 1 hour away.

The property was secluded and quiet, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The proprietors, Jean & Kathy were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.We used the apartment as a base to explore the local area and visited Vence, St Paul de Vence, Antibes, Cannes and Mougins. The weather was fabulous during our October week and we very much enjoyed a glass or two of local red wine on the terrace as the sun set. Glorious!

Nice place to stay near Nice

The accommodation was just great for our needs. Clean and tidy apartment just the right size. Our hosts were very accommodating and hospitable. There is a short ramp and a few steps to go down so be aware of that if this would give you difficulty. And if you are a fan of firm beds you will love this one. Would definitely stay again.

Wow. BEAUTIFUL property. Cathy and Jean were very helpful and friendly. The space was cozy and oh so perfect. The terrace and garden offers a fantastic view of the mountains. My daughter was studying in Nice proper and this villa was such a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The drive from Nice to the villa was nothing when you consider the views you get while traversing the mountains. Will be back!!!When in Vence, Sol-Cafe is a must for breakfast. It is 10 min from the villa. I wont give much away but it’s amazing.

Un oasis de verdure infusé de chants d’oiseaux; on ne se croirait pas tout proche du centre de Vence. Un studio bien aménqgé et confortable, parfait pour un couple. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables. Le studio est très bien équipé, très propre et au calme. Nous avons passé 8 jours très agréables avec toutes les facilités (boulanger, supermarché, restaurants) à 5-10 minutes en voiture. Et il y a de quoi visiter dans la région !
