Excellent stay in a beautifull, complety fenced property

Very beautiful property consistent with the description 20 km from Cagliari. Completely fenced, which is ideal with a dog. Welcome with a bottle of chilled white wine and a platter of Sardinian cakes. Too bad the lack of wi-fi. A little surprisingly, the swimming pool filled with sea water without additives is emptied 3 times a week and is unavailable from 4 p.m during that maintenance. thatmaintenance. Parking not always easy.

Beautiful villa and peacful stay, thank you!

The lady who liaises with you only speaks Italian, so we used Google translate without any problem! We hired a car and that was such a good idea for the holiday. There is not a beach at the bottom of the road but a jetty and the sea. The nearest beach was a 7 minute drive away. The pool was salt water not chlorine, which again, no problem! Its a very friendly little complex and the neighbours were so friendly. They all have dogs so there is often alot of background noise. Thank you for a lovely stay! Kate, Alec and the children.

La maison est trÚs confortable pour 4 personnes, trÚs propre (merci à Luisella ) Les plages sont accessibles en voiture, la mer est tout prÚs mais on ne peut pas s'y baigner. La piscine est avec de l'eau de mer, un peu vieillotte mais peu fréquentée. Il faudrait un petit cahier pour le tri des déchets, et le fonctionnement des poubelles si possible avec une traduction! Bonne situation géographique pour aller sur Cagliari, Villasimius..

Haus in Quartu St.Elena

Das Haus ist super,Perfekt fĂŒr 4-5 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden,was es so im Haushalt braucht. Sehr sauber und entspricht den Bilder 1:1. Einzig der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und sieht nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern...haben ihn nicht genutzt. Strand vom Haus zu Fuss in 4-5 Minuten erreichbar,jedoch,fĂŒr Sardinien,nicht so ein schöner. Aber fĂŒr einen kurzen Sprung am Morgen oder Abend ins Meer perfekt. Der Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer war sehr freundlich. Luisella, welche vor Ort ist fĂŒr Check in/out, ist ein wahrer Goldschatz. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr guten,ruhigen Lage fĂŒr diverse AusflĂŒge an die wunderschönen StrĂ€nde im SĂŒden Sardiniens. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus wieder buchen. Hat uns sehr gefallen!

Ausgezeichnete Ferienunterkunft

Das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten. Alles war sauber und gepflegt mit liebevollen Details. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und GaststÀtten in der NÀhe, mit dem Auto war man in 10 Minuten am Sandstrand. Herausragend war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, immer schnell und sehr freundlich. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!

SĂ©jour impeccable

Tout était parfait la maison, l'accueil la propreté. Nous avons été accueillis avec un plateaux de gùteaux typiques sardes et une bouteille de vin blanc fraiche. C'est l'accueil à l'italienne. Maurizio, le propriétaire, avec qui la communication a été impeccable, délÚgue la gestion de la maison au couple de gardiens présents dans la copropriété. Ces derniers, Louisella et son mari, sont adorables et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes trÚs vite. D'ailleurs merci à eux :) Sejour top! Je recommande vivement.

Perfect family holiday

Was a lovely place. Clean quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely and we really loved the baby pool for our son. The only thing it didn’t have was a kettle but we made do. Highly recommend this property. It’s got a small supermarket 10 mins walk away and the beech is a 10 min drive away. Brilliant !

TrĂšs calme, TrĂšs bien, TrĂšs propre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Mr, Maurizio. La maison est trÚs propre, et trÚs fonctionnelle (fer à repasser, sÚche cheveux, lave linge, cuisine équipée, serviettes de bain à disposition, lit bébé, chaise bébé, jolie jardin) elle est dans un petit lotissement avec un portail sécurisée avec gardien. Il y a deux piscines. Mr Giuseppe s occupe trÚs bien de la propreté et de la maintenance. Si nous avions une question Mme Luisella et Mr Giuseppe étaient à disposition. Nous étions à proximité de toutes commodités (Cagliari, Pula, Villasimius..). Que du bonheur, magnifique. Location au top sans hésitation. Merci beaucoup à vous tous.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans votre maison, situĂ©e dans un environnement calme, verdoyant et bien entretenu. Merci Ă  luisella pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilitĂ©. A notre arrivĂ©e, une bouteille de vin blanc se trouvait au frais avec de l'eau, sans oublier le petit plateau de gĂąteaux Sardes pour accompagner le tout....un delice 😊... une maison dans laquelle on s y sent bien. Maurizio fait en sorte que tout se passe bien, mĂȘme Ă  distance. TrĂšs bon sejour.

TrÚs joli coin tranquile dans une résidence privée

Joli petite maisonette avec un grand espace extĂ©rieur, dans un petit "village" privĂ©, trĂšs tranquille avec une grande piscine et une plus petite. Nous y avons passĂ© deux semaines trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Tout Ă©tait comme nous l'attendions, rien Ă  redire. A notre arrivĂ©e nous y avons mĂȘme trouvĂ© une bouteille de vin au frais, ainsi que des gateaux locaux pour dĂ©couvrir quelqeus spĂ©cialitĂ©s locales. Une petite touche qui amĂšne son plus.

Location recommandée pour familles

Nous avons louĂ© la maison de Maurizio 2 semaines au mois de Juillet. La maison est parfaite pour une famille avec 2 enfants, maison trĂšs trĂšs propre et visiblement rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e , la literie est confortable , les 2 salles d’eau parfaites aussi modernes, la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le jardin , la douche extĂ©rieure et le BBQ sont un gros plus. Il y a 2 piscines Ă  l’eau de mer dans la rĂ©sidence . Nos draps se douche ont Ă©tĂ© changĂ©s pour tout la famille Ă  la fin de la premiĂšre semaine . Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par MME Luisella la femme du gardin qui a vraiment Ă©tĂ© Ă  notre disposition pendant tout le sĂ©jour. Un grand MERCI encore Ă  Maurizio pour notre excellente communication avant et pendant notre sĂ©jour :). Je recommande vraiment cette location . Nous reviendrons en Sardaigne c’est sur ! À bientĂŽt . Schönes Haus mit idyllischen Garten

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete DoppelhĂ€uschen hat eine umfassend ausgestattete KĂŒche, wo es sich super selbst kochen ließ. Der Garten mit Schaukel war fĂŒr unsere Kinder super, auch der Grill ist klasse, nebst romantischer Sitzgelegenheit unterm Olivenbaum. Die Terasse vor dem Haus haben wir abends gerne genutzt. Die Dusche im OG ist fĂŒr uns recht groß geratene NordeuropĂ€er etwas schmal gewesen, dafĂŒr gab es unglaublich bequeme Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer. Die Wohnanlage verfĂŒgte ĂŒber einen Schwimmerpool und ein Kinderbecken mit Meerwasser, die wir gern genutzt haben. Beides ist optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen,wurde aber regelmĂ€ĂŸig mit frischem Wasser befĂŒllt. In der Nachbarschaft wohnen sehr viele Hunde und Katzen, die Haus und Hof bewachen. Maurizio hat stets freundlich und zeitnah in perfektem Englisch auf unsere Anliegen reagiert- das war super!

TrĂšs bon accueil et belle situation

Nous avons passĂ© 7 nuits du 8 au 15 octobre. L'accueil Ă©tait soignĂ© avec les premiers produits de nĂ©cessitĂ© et aussi des douceurs et une bouteille de vin. La maison est lumineuse, pratique avec ses 2 chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage et dispose mĂȘme d'un lave-linge! On a aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© les moustiquaires... Le jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able, avec une table extĂ©rieure, un coin salon et un barbecue. La piscine Ă©tait fonctionnelle, Ă  l'eau de mer, un peu froide Ă  cette saison comme attendu. Il y a aussi une pataugeoire pour les touts-petits et une belle vue sur la mer. Le tout est clĂŽturĂ©, protĂ©gĂ© par un portail sĂ©curisĂ©. La rĂ©gion est magnifique et les excursions nombreuses. Sardegna at it's best!

Maurizio's house is a pleasure to stay at. It is located in an older gated community close to the beach. The house itself is newly renovated and nicely decorated, the kitchen contains a gas oven and is well equipped. I cooked almost every day and I found anything I needed. The garden is nicely decorated and perfect at any time of the day to to relax and have breakfast/coffee/dinner. A barbecue is available. A very well equipped supermarket is located close to the house: try the wonderful selfmade salsicca on the barbecue - this is Sardegna at it's best. The bedrooms were spacious and are perfect for people who enjoy to sleep on a firm bed. As it was end of October/beginning of November, when we stayed we could have used a thicker cover. During day, however, it was perfect with a minimum 22 °C. Louisella is the very kind keeper of the community. She showed anything to us even though it was quite late when we arrived. Maurizio, thank you for the wine/water/Sardinian specialities! We would love to come back!
