Apartment, 2 bed rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room (for 4 persons + 1 baby in baby bed). Internal parking too.
We offer you free WIFI unlimited.
The apartment consists of:
* a living room with smart TV with air conditioning (December 2025),
* dining area with air conditioning (December 2025)
* fitted kitchen,
* master bedroom (bed: cm160x200) with air conditioning,
* second bedroom with 2 twin beds (cm80x190 each one) with air conditioning (December 2025).
* bathroom equipped with all amenities (comfortable shower, wc, sink, bidet and hair dryer),
* 4 balconies.
The access is via a wide external staircase.
In warm periods, opportunity to eat on the balcony (for 2/3 persons).
You are welcome with a car, as there is an internal parking place accessed via electrically operated gate (for 1 vehicle). However you can find parking on the main road.
Each room is equipped with heating fitted with programmable thermostatic controls; the master bedroom has air conditioning. The apartment has continuous hot water production. All rooms are equipped with Schuko sockets. All of our windows and doors are equipped with screens (new from 2024)

We speak Italian, French (mother tongue) and English.

The sea is 2.5Km away, with a choice at either free beach or beach with bathhouse. The beach has fine golden sand. Perfect for families with children. The beach is easy to reach either by bike or walk along the cycle path leading down to the beach or along the path through the pine forest.
The Massaciuccoli Lake (Lago di Massaciuccoli), overlooked by the Belvedere Puccini, the open-air theatre and the Villa/museum of the maestro Giacomo Puccini, is 3.5Km away.
Viareggio applies the touristic tax to be paid cash at your arrival (at the moment €1.50 per person aged from 18 years for the first 10 days). You will receive a receipt accordingly.
At your arrival we will need to see your documents.
The price includes energy costs (except air conditioning) from 15 June to 15 September; in the other periods water, electricity and gaz are at guest account.

Really relaxing and comfortable

We really liked the apartment. Ludovico and Maria-Antoinette are very attentive to details and are very helpful about location and services around. The accommodation is very well organized, functional and well thought. We also liked neighborhood - it was very calm and relaxing. We would come back here at our next vacation to Italy. Highly recommended.

Ludovico is a very friendly and helpful host, he responded quickly and helped us with even the smallest issues. He also recommended many great places to visit in Tuscany, and his tips were truly valuable.The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The rooms are spacious enough and mostly furnished with practical IKEA furniture. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can leave them open at night without any worries.A car is necessary, both for shopping and for getting to the beach. The drive to the sea takes less than 10 minutes.

Wonderful vacation in Torre del Lago Puccini

The equipment of the apartment is very good: the furniture is in good condition and very well adapted to the needs of the guests, in each bedroom there is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and there is an extra chair that I liked to use as a valet for my things. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining. The bathroom is also very well equipped. Summa summarum: one feels like at home. The hosts are very friendly, gave us valuable tips for the vacation season and were always available by phone or whatsap. The beaches (private and free beaches) are five minutes away by car. There is a lot of parking (for a fee). The visit to Villa Puccini was very interesting and impressive for us. The opportunity should definitely be taken.

Het appartement is ruim en netjes. De keuken erg compleet en voorzien van een gasfornuis(!). De deur van de over kan alleen helemaal open als je de balkondeur openzet. Onhandig en vreemd gemaakt. Het verblijf was zeker aangenaam, de gastheer is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwaarwegend punt van kritiek is de slachtwerkende airco! In de beschrijving van het appartement staat ‘air conditioning’. Dat geldt slechts voor 1 slaapkamer, waar de airco dus slecht functioneert. De andere slaapkamer heeft GEEN airco en is bloedheet. De woonkamer heeft GEEN airco en is eveneens erg warm. De twee vans helpen niet om de warmte te verdrijven. Het gedoe met de vuilnisdagen (elke dag ander afval buiten zetten) is verwarrend en omslachtig. Hier zit je tijdens je vakantie niet op te wachten.

Proprio généreux , sympathique . Beaucoup d’info et support. Appart bien placé et équipé. Seul bémol, pas de bon couteau d’office pour cuisiner, et beaucoup de chiens qui jappent dans les environs. Nuits paisibles. Nous recommanderons sans hésiter cet appartement.

Einfach wunderbar!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und unser Vermieter, Ludovico, hat uns sehr toll bei einem gesundheitlichen Problem unterstützt und uns einen Arzt und dann ach noch die Medikamente in der Apotheke organisiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und in einer kleinen Privatstraße mit Schranke gelegen, so dass es ruhig und sicher ist. Zum Strand ist es zu Fuß etwas zu weit, aber mit dem Auto war es kein Problem (wenn man rechtzeitig da ist, bekommt man sehr leicht einen Parkplatz). Wir konnten von Torre del Lago Puccini als Startpunkt viele schöne Ausflüge machen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Ruhige Location in günstiger Lage

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine langen Rezensionen, aber diese Wohnung hat es verdient. Wohnung: Die Wohnung liegt im kleinen Ort Torre del Lago Puccini, in einer Seitenstraße. Dieser Ort liegt zwischen dem Meer und einem See, an dem auch Puccini gewohnt hat. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber und besitzt 4 kleine Balkone, die mit 2 Personen gut genutzt werden können. Man hat immer Sonne, je nachdem für welchen Balkon man sich entscheidet. Das Badezimmer ist groß, die Dusche hat eine normale Größe und das Wasser wird relativ schnell warm. Das allerbeste sind aber die ausziehbaren Fliegengitter an allen Türen und Fenstern. So kann man in Ruhe lüften und schlafen. Tolle Sache! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, man braucht eigentlich nichts extra mitbringen. Parken: Das Auto kann in dem beschrankten Hof geparkt werden. Hier ist ein wenig Zirkelei erforderlich, da die Anwohner hier auch parken müssen. Aber es wird ein fester Parkplatz zugewiesen. Lage: Die Wohnung ist gut und schnell von den Autobahnen zu erreichen. Liegt aber sehr ruhig. Folglich auch ein guter Startpunkt nach Viarregio, Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini Terme etc. Zum Strand sind es ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es auch einen freien Strandzugang. Einziges Problem: Jeder in der Straße hat Hunde, die am Bellen wenig gehindert werden. Das muss man mögen. Vermieter: Die Vermieter sind einfach nur toll. Sehr nettes Ehepaar. Wir haben das Check In und Out gut auf Englisch erledigen können.

Ein toller Urlaub!

Eine sehr angenehm eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr ruhig, duftend nach Jasmin, der überall wächst. Der Vermieter ist zuverlässig und sehr hilfsbereit, super nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Cafés, Restaurants, Strand, Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Lucca… Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Deux belles semaines à Torre del Lago Puccini en Toscane

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans cette si belle région qui à tellement de sites touristiques: Pise, Lucques, Florence, le Lago Puccini, Volterra, San Giminiano et le magnifique paysage toscan. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise tout au long de notre séjour. Ludovico et Maria Antonietta sont très hospitaliers, serviables et disponibles à tout moment. Ils nous ont donné beaucoup d'informations précieuses sur la Toscane. Cela nous a également permis de connaître et d'apprécier des villages plus petits et moins connus: Pietra Santa, Péccioli, San Miniato. L'appartement en lui-même ne laisse rien à désirer, il est entièrement équipé et situé dans un endroit calme. Les voisins sont également très sympathique et serviable. Tout était très bien entretenu et d'une propreté impeccable. Nous remercions Ludovico et Maria Antonietta d'avoir mis à notre disposition leur bel appartement, leur engagement nous a mis complètement à l’aise. Nous pouvons entièrement recommander cet appartement pour découvrir la Toscane et profiter d’ une belle et grande plage. Nous n' hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci pour tout!

Angenehm

Ludovico hat uns angenehm empfangen, hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und gab Tips für den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Hat Fensterläden und Markisen, sodass man die Wohnung bei Hitze gut vor zuviel Sonne schützen kann. Das Schlafzimmer hat auch eine Klimaanlage, falls man das Fenster bei Nacht schließen möchte, damit man die bellenden Hunde nicht hört. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Wir waren am freien Sandstrand. Dieser ist flach abfallend. Schön ist, dass Torre del Lago an einen Naturpark angrenzt. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, was für die Fahrt an den Strand sehr praktisch ist. Diese konnten wir auf dem Grundstück unterstellen.

Un séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve chez Ludovico. Ce logement est particulièrement recommandé : - L'accueil est très sympathique. - Ludovico parle un excellent français. - L'appartement est grand, très propre et convient parfaitement à une famille de quatre personnes avec adolescents. - L'environnement local est très calme. - Le logement est très bien situé entre la plage (publique et gratuite), les belles villes d'art (Florence, Pise, Lucca, Pietrasanta).et Cinque Terra. - L'une des chambres dispose de la climatisation, ce qui peut s'avérer utile quand il fait très chaud. Un dernier point qui, pour nous, est vraiment important : le logement vous permet de partager (un peu) le quotidien des habitants. Cela nous a même donné envie de partir vivre en Italie !

Bella Italia!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Torre del Lago. Das Apartment und der Pkw-Stellplatz liegen in einem Wohngebiet und man befindet sich hier wirklich mittendrin im wundervollen italienischen Leben. Auf den kleinen Balkonen kann man wunderbar bei einer Flasche Wein die südliche Atmosphäre und die warmen Abende genießen. Große, moderne Fenster mit aufschiebbaren Insektengittern machen den Wohnraum schön hell, Markisen und Klimaanlage sorgen für angenehme Temperaturen und die gute Aufteilung der Zimmer macht die Wohnung perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber, gepflegt und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und wenn doch mal etwas fehlt oder es eine Frage gibt, dann hilft Ludovico sehr schnell weiter, er ist ein wirklich toller Vermieter und auch sonst ein klasse Typ. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist einzigartig und macht Spaß. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die schönsten Städte der Toskana, für Markt- und Restaurantbesuche, für Besuche des Puccini-Opernfestivals, für Badetage an den wundervollen, nahegelegenen Stränden und für viele, viele andere schöne Aktivitäten, die sich hier gar nicht alle aufzählen lassen - auch hier hat Ludovico tolle und wertvolle Tipps. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in jeder Form sind übrigens wirklich zu Genüge, sowohl in Torre del Lago als auch in den umliegenden Orten, vorhanden. Wir werden immer gerne an unseren Urlaub in Torre del Lago zurückdenken. Danke Ludovico und Maria Antonietta!

Accueil dès plus chaleureux et appartement cosy

Ludovico nous a accueilli comme rarement des hôtes ont pu nous accueillir dans toutes les locations que nous avons pu faire (petites attentions à notre arrivée et à notre départ). L'appartement était très confortable et surtout très bien situé. La plage de Torre del Lago est bien mieux que celle de Viareggio et à seulement 10 minutes en vélo de chez Ludovico. Proche de la route principale, on évite les embouteillages des autres villes de la Versilia pour atteindre Pise et Lucca. Merci pour cet accueil!

Wohlfühlurlaub

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war genauso, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war hervorragend. Wir haben immer sofort Antwort auf unsere Fragen erhalten. In der Wohnung war alles, was benötigt wurde. Einzig die 3 kläffenden Hunde der Nachbarn war störend. Das Meer ist ca. 2 km entfernt, Fahrräder wären hilfreich gewesen. Wir haben die freien Strände bevorzugt. Lucca und Pisa sind gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und wöchentlich wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Ca. 2 km zur Bahn und 3 km zum Strand. Wer das Auto nicht nutzen mag, für den ist das Fahrrad von Vorteil.

Rundum schöne Ferien in Torre del Lago

Das Appartment sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, was sicherlich nicht leicht hinzubekommen ist, wie ich nach Strandbesuchen selber feststellen musste (der Sand kommt überall hin). Hut ab! Ludovico ist ein äusserst zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der bereits vor unserer Ankunft freundlich und zeitnah geantwortet hat, was die Vorbereitungen für die Ferien leichter machte. Ludovico war auch während des Aufenthaltes sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank dafür! Wir konnten von der Wohnung aus diverse Ausflüge machen in nahe gelegene Städtchen (Lucca & Pisa), zu Höhlen Grotto Antro del Corchia in den nahegelehenen Bergen (an heissen Tagen zu empfehlen) und haben nahegelegene Märkte besucht. Es waren sehr schöne Ferien!

Perfekt!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns persönlich begrüßten, alles erklärten, vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts schnell per Messenger verfügbar waren. Die Wohnung war großzügig, gut ausgestattet und in einem Wohnviertel. Die Nachbarn waren nett und zugänglich. Bäcker, Kramerladen, Frucht- und Gemüseladen sind sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Zum öffentlichen Strand gelangt man auf fast direktem Fußweg. Nicht zu vergessen, der Bahnhof mit sehr guten Verbindungen innerhalb der Toskana oder in weiter entfernte Gebiete, nur 600 m von der Wohnung. Perfekt für einen abwechslungreichen Urlaub.
