Trullo with pool surrounded by nature ... A few km from Polignano a Mare

Nestled in the heart of the Mediterranean, typical of the Apulian countryside among olive trees and green expanses, far from the smog and chaos of the city.
the structure consists of two studios of 30sqm, Trullo and barn in total 60sqm.
The Trullo is composed of four cones; central alcove serves as an entrance to the second alcove, with a kitchenette (equipped with dishes) oven, TV, fridge and table; in the alcove on the left there is a double bed with a change of linen included in the price; in the center there is a small dining room and the bathroom with shower, hairdryer and linen change included in the price.

Next to the trulli there is an old stable in which a small compound apartment has been made, TV, minibar and table; bathroom with hairdryer; double bed with the possibility of using a double sofa bed.

The entire house has air conditioning and parking are personal and internal structure.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our week at this place, remotely situated between Putignano and Grotte Castalana. We enjoyed the location, the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen / bbq. From here, you can easily do trips to Arabarello, Locorotondo and Cisternino.

Beautiful Stay Among the Olive Tree's

Great Authentic experience, the property is beautiful, there are two rooms with bed's and small kitchens as well as two bathroom. Paulo was very helpful and was available to answer any of our questions. You are OUT in the country but only 5 minutes from shops and restaurants. It was a GREAT stay and I WILL do it again!

Grows on you..

We arrived in some of the worst rain ive seen and we are English! So it all felt quite difficult to start with, the lanes leading into the property were tiny, pot holes full of water etc.... however as the sun broke(eventually) we found the whole experience just idyllic. We used the Trulli to cook and eat, the barn to sleep and shower. Works perfectly. We didnt use the pool as its not yet ready temp wise! We can imagine the outdoor space in summer would work really well esp cooking and eating outside. We are big Tuscany fans yet we shall definitely return to Puglia.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl auf dem Anwesen gefühlt. Paolo ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber der auch gerne gute Tipps gibt. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wohlfühlen in schöner Natur

Unser sehr freundlicher Vermieter Paolo war immer für uns erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Trulli ist landschaftlich bezaubernd und sehr ruhig. Die Innenausstattung insgesamt gut und zweckmäßig. Für Selbstversorger, die gerne kochen, ist eine überschaubare Anzahl von Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen und alles ist rund. Insgesamt ein wirklich schönes Urlaubsdomizil, um das vielfältige und romantische Umland zu entdecken.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Herrliches Objekt. Sehr urig und schön. Sehr toller Pool. Wir haben es genossen. Terrasse/ Aussenküche leider nicht überdacht was bei Regen schlecht war. Außerdem ist die Küche sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Toll wäre, wenn die Aussenküche Schränke hätte, dann könnten die Katzen nicht ans Geschirr bzw. den Müll.

Bellissimo soggiorno nell'incantevole Valle d'Itria

Abbiamo soggiornato nel meraviglioso trullo di Paolo le prime due settimane di agosto. La posizione fra gli ulivi è fantastica. Il trullo si trova in posizione ventilata ed anche ad agosto non si soffre il caldo. Il trullo e l'adiacente fienile sono stati ristrutturati in modo ottimale e l'insieme risulta molto piacevole e comodo (trattasi di due unità separate, ognuna dotata di bagno con doccia). Sicuramente per la nostra famiglia i punti di forza che più abbiamo apprezzato sono stati la splendida cucina all'aperto e la piscina. Non lontano da borghi meravigliosi da visitare, quali Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo. Paolo, il proprietario, si è sempre dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Riassumendo, una magnifica sistemazione (in cui ritornare e da consigliare) per trascorrere le proprie vacanze nell'incantevole Valle d'Itria.

Beautiful retreat in country side with private pool

The building consists of two separate apartments (one in the Trulli, one in the former stable) both with kitchen and bathroom. The next city is ca 10‘ by car away, to Monopoly it’s round 30‘. The most convincing argument is the private pool 10x5 m.

Äußerst ruhige Tage

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Ausstrahlung, liegt ruhig und für Besichtigungen sehr zentral. Vor allem Putignano eignet sich hervorragend, um zu starten. Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend, der Pool herrlich und immer zu nutzen, die Außenküche für den Hobbykoch eine tolle Gelegenheit, die hochqualitativen Produkte der Gegend zu veredeln. Die Betreuung durch Paolo ist vorbildlich. Auto ist unverzichtbar.

Vacanza piacevolissima

La nostra vacanza è stata semplicemente piacevolissima. Il trullo si trova in una zona collinare sempre ventilata è molto fresca che permette di fuggire dalla calura estiva regalando tutto il bello dell’estate. Il proprietario del trullo, Paolo, è molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta di consigli e suggerimenti su cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni.

Dreamlike holidays between olive trees

The house is great! we were six people there and immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The property is super beautiful between olive trees and quietly located. Perfect for long nights with a glass of wine in your hand. The neighboring possibilities to go shopping are very close if you have a car. It takes 10 minutes to get to the next supermarket where you will find everything you need. The equipment in and around the house is with much love to the detail and looks immediately inviting and homely. The outside kitchen is a dream for warm evenings and a good meal. Due to the weather we could cook outside every day and never used the other two cooking places. The kitchen equipment is a bit meager but you find everything you need and with good time management and creativity during the cooking there is nothing missing. Paolo is a super nice, uncomplicated host and very accommodating. During the stay we were in contact with each other from time to time to clarify questions that were answered immediately. All in all we can say that we enjoyed the stay very much although we unfortunately only spent three days there. We hope that we will come again. The accommodation is very recommendable!

Auch im Herbst schön

Wenn man das Objekt betritt, hat man diesen Wow-Effekt. Lage, Lage, Lage... #breathpeacerelax Paolo ist herrlich unkompliziert und die Kommunikation persönlich, per WhatsApp oder Anruf klappt reibungslos. Er ist sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt, dass es im Herbst warme Decken gibt und das Warmwasser funktioniert. Ohne Navi sollte man hierher allerdings nicht unterwegs sein und wer breite Straßen liebt, wird hier nen Herzinfarkt bekommen.... (Paolo, ich weiß du lachst gerade beim Lesen) ;) Baci Stefanie & le tre bimbi biondi (3,7,9)

Nice and calm stay

It was very pleasent to stay at this residence. It is very remote, calm and perfectly located to explore the region and also Matera & Taranto.
