Costa Rei is 60 km from Cagliari. The house is located in a very quiet area. It has been completely renovated and is very well taken care of in the internal and external management and maintenance of the garden. It consists of an entrance-living room with kitchenette equipped with fridge / freezer no frost, incandescent oven, microwave, TV with satellite decoder, double gas bottle to ensure continuous service, kitchen utensils for six people. In this ambiance you can find a sofa that can provide two extra single beds and a table with six saws. The two bedrooms, one double and the other with double beds, double bed, are equipped with bedside tables and wardrobe. the bathroom with shower, the washing machine and the water heater complete the house. Outside there is a shower with hot and cold water with independent water heater, a 1,000-liter water reserve (with autoclave system), a barbecue and a compressor for the air-conditioning system.
The parking, of our property, allows easy accommodation of your car even during peak tourist periods. there

wir zwei Erwachsene mit drei Teenagern und Hund hatten einen super Urlaub in diesem sauberen Haus.

Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Grundstück ist eingezäunt für den Hund. Wäsche konnte man schön aufhängen, Grill war spitze, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächer.Geduscht haben wir nur unter der Außendusche, die auch Warmwasser hatte.Betten waren bequem und geruchfrei, sauber. Vermieter ist bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort zur Stelle.Strand, Lebensmittel, Restaurant und Nachtmarkt alles zu Fuß bergab in ca 10min zu erreichen. Autostellplatz auch vorhanden. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Come a casa

Cosa dire........ormai non ho più parole per descrivere la Sardegna, ovunque mi sposti non rimango mai deluso....... Quest'anno su consiglio di amici siamo andati a Costa Rei, un paesino di villeggiatura a circa 40 Km da Cagliari affacciato su una lughissima spiaggia, manco a dirlo, caraibica, dotato di tutte le comodità sia per le famiglie che per gruppi di amici. Come al solito mi sono rivolto alla più grande agenzia immobiliare, la rete, per trovare un alloggio che coniugasse budget a quelle che sono le esigenze della mia famiglia. Devo proprio ammetterlo, quest'anno sono andato in ferie, ma non mi sembra mai di essere uscito di casa; l'accoglienza che ci è stata riservata dai proprietari è stata encomiabile, come fossimo amici di lunga data o addirittura familiari. L'alloggio d'altro canto, rispecchia il carattere dei proprietari, c'è tutto al posto giusto, è curato e accogliente. Una nota di merito va espressa per l'area esterna: la veranda è il posto ottimale per consumare tutti i pasti della giornata, ma anche per rilassarsi a leggere un libro, all'ombra del portico o degli alberi del giardino. Molto comoda anche la doccia esterna, che abbiamo sempre privilegiato a scapito di quella interna. Ringrazio nuovamente per la disponibilità e la gentilezza riservataci.

"L''alloggio è confortevole carino e ben curato come anche il giardino, comodo al mare (circa 600m) e bella la spiaggia, comodo anche come base per raggiungere spiagge nei dintorni. La cucina è ben accessoriata anche se a nostro avviso è carente in una zona dispensa"
